- ཕྱི་ཟླ་༩ ཚེས་༡༩ སྐབས་༡༧ པའི་བོད་མི་མང་སྤྱི་འཐུས་གྲོས་ཚོགས་ཚོགས་དུས་བརྒྱད་པའི་ལས་ཉིན་མཐའ་མའི་ཐོག་ཁྲིམས་ཞིབ་པ་བསྐོ་གཞག་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་བཅའ་ཁྲིམས་དོན་ཚན་ལྟར་བསྐྱར་བཅོས་གྱི་ཁྲིམས་ཡིག་སྤྱི་འཐུས་རྩ་འབོར་གྱི་གསུམ་ཆ་གཉིས་ཡན་གྱིས་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་ཐོག་ནས་གཏན་འབེབས་བྱུང་ཡོད་པའི་སྐོར་འདིར་གསལ། On the final day of the eighth session the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, charter amendments related to the criteria and tenure of the Justice Commission and Supreme Justice Commission were passed with two thirds majority. The session also included resolutions expressing gratitude for international support, notably from the United States Congress on passing the Resolve Tibet Act and Australian Senator Janet Rice for her support and starting a Parliamentarian Tibet support group.

This resolution would have been unanimous if 1. Amdo Chitue (Alak Jigme's cousin) Pontsang Something Something and Sikyong PT had not objected when it was introduced and 2. if the Mimang Legul had not misbehaved. Khampa Chitue like Konchok Yarphel and few others refrained saying said they will fully support if the bill is brought in the Spring session. Their objection was against the so-called Mimang Legul's behavior this morning despite police instructions and not against the bill. It was an expression of opposition against regional politics and to avoid internal disunity!!! Now, let there be a new day!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
