  • Here's a recipe for making Beef Pasande:
    Ingredients:
    *For the marinade:*
    500 grams beef slices (thinly sliced)
    tablespoons ginger-garlic
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon red chili powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    teaspoon holegaram masalas
    Salt to taste
    *For the gravy:*
    coriander leaves
    mint leaves
    2 tablespoons ghee
    2 large onions, finely sliced
    2 tomatoes, pureed
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    2-3 green cardamoms
    1-2 cloves
    1-inch cinnamon stick
    1 bay leaf
    Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
    Instructions:
    1. *Marinate the Beef:*
    In a large bowl, mix branded masala, ginger-garlic paste, , and salt.
    Add the beef slices to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
    2. *Prepare the Gravy:*
    Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
    fry each side until they turn golden brown.
    Add the marinated beef slices along with the marinade to the pan. Cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the beef is tender and cooked through.
    3. *Finish the Dish:*
    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    4. *Serve:*
    Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
