On today's video, @UGHITSJOE , Jess, Taylor and I head to Alo House to meet our friend Ella who has invited us for a day of yoga, boxing, massages and ice baths. Join us as we get free clothes, hang out and challenge each other to an ice bath competition. See what happens when Joe challenges Jess, if Joe loses, no vlogging with Jason for a week and if Jess loses Joe gets a key to Jason's house! How did Reiki change your life ? I have tried Reiki and it didnt do anything for me.
@@2012inca my first time it didn’t do anything but it was more so on me though I didn’t open myself up and didn’t believe that Reiki was even real. But once I actually opened myself and worked with it rather against it , the energy definitely flowed with me allowing me to connect to my inner wounds and open my mind up to the things I was shutting out and some stuff that I never even realized. Reiki was my journey to inner healing and opened up so many doors for me from there .. I did breathe work classes after , yoga and even went on a spiritual retreat where I worked with ancestral medicine like Kambo & ayahuasca
All of it has been so beneficial for me and allow me to flow to my high self and got deeply in touch with who I really am and my purpose.
@@JustVibes888 Than you for your answer, so it worked for you on your spiritual path and discovering deeper layers of yourself. I believed in it fully when I went the first time allowing it to happen, but felt nothing. After that I tried different healing methods and healers but again felt nothing. Then I went to gatherings with group healings, afterwards people were asked by the dealer what did you feel and experience, they told the most amazing stories yet I did not feel anything. I had become friends with the woman who did the healings, so I completely trusted her and believed the healing would work. After a while I got to know the other people in the group, I asked them after the group healing what they experienced individually in conversations outside the group circle then they told me they were making up the healing experiences when the healer asked about them about it sitting in the circle, just to please the healer. I went from completely believing in energy healing to not believing in it anymore because of my experiences, I really wished they worked as my family was making fun of me going to these healings. If they had worked my family would have noticed and my life would be much better. I believed in it from the start so why it did not work for me I dont know, I just dont feel anything happening or changing, then you stop believing.
I've been having a tough time in life lately but watching your videos gives me that little 10min break that really helps me get through. Thanks brother and keep it up. 👍

I did NOT see that coming, I know Joe hikes and works out and I thought he was tougher than that, then Jess mopped the floor with him like it was nothing. I think that the screen time that is left from having "no Joe" should be given to Jess, she earned it with the extra 4 and a half minutes. *EDIT:* Just saw the last few seconds of the video, if they end up going with the steak dinner, Jess should get an extra desert for every minute she outlasted Joe.
It’s crazy, I’ve noticed women’s pain tolerance is WAY higher than a man’s on a lot of things.
