    Hi everyone, just want to stop by to say that I appreciate EVERY SINGLE comment and suggestions here, be it good, bad or ugly, it shows that you are concerned for little old me and I am once again truely am humbled.
    Also, I am not putting off any suggestions to my own health and food eating habits, far from it. I am actually taking each person’s comments here seriously, and also on
    Going through it myself, I am still figuring out this food journey and as someone who has eaten quite a bit of weird diets and food irregularly, I understand where everyone is coming from.

    Bro, I watch a few of your videos. Just a concern out from a pure singaporean guy, I felt you should take hot milk, coffee or tea or hot milo. Drink Red Bull once a while is ok, but seeing u drink daily, a kind of shock for me. Haha but tts just me. Cheers. Stay positive.
    Try to eat less oily food at night, can tweak your food consumption timing if possible. Heavy breakfast, and medium early dinner at around 5pm-6pm. U sleep early so u won’t feel so hungry. But it’s your call though. I’m also around your age…

      i 40 years with tummy issue. i eat normal can pain. so experimenting eat all the wierd ones and so far, still dont know which ones are the triggers for my bloat.
      a lot of vege and fruits i cannot eat liao btw.
      i drink oatmilk, fresh milk trigger quite bad.

    Bro, introduce yogurt into your diet to build some good bacteria in your digestive tract. Hydrochloric acid in bile drops in acidity as we age. Some fruits and vegetables might help as well. Red bull as fast fix daily, in long run not advisable. Try chicken essence or vitamin supplements.

      Actually mine is opposite.
      I have way to many acidic concentration that I have bloat.
      Just went to the doctor bring down the bloat because of the acids lolz
      Fruits and vegetables don’t work on me I’m afraid. That is already tried and I have this issue long ago already.
      It’s good that many of you are concern about it though. Each person body is different I guess.

    Cook and eat more at home. Aim to just cook soup and rice (dump rice + vege, meat etc into rice cooker) ....... cooking at home takes time but cuts down on salt, sugar intake and especially MSG intake. What I do to cut down on microwave usage is if I am eating rice + dishes, I actually just dump rice + leftover dishes into soup and just jiak like that (which I do in the morning for breakfast sometimes after exercise). Coffee/Tea - try buying online.... cheaper than buying outside everytime. Aim for Kopi kosong (cut down on sugar intake). Introduce more fruits/yoghurt etc into diet.... eg eat bananas for quick energy boost after exercise + yoghurt. For cough home remedies, just drink more water lor.... and warm fluids (eg ginger/herbal tea, warm lime/lemon water) + jiak honey.

      tried cooking.. HATED it.
      i dont even use salt when i cook also, maybe thats why i hate it lol.

      @@ASingaporeChipmunk For exercise (walk/run), can try changing timing to either early morning (before sun is up) or after sunset/night. Less sweating, not as hot, easier to exercise...try cycling/swimming if knees hurt a lot after running. Definitely switch to kosong everything (kopi/teh), cos that's a Lot of teaspoons of sugar you are cutting away. Avoid Valushop etc....to cut off snacks from diet.
      When you walk/run on the way back home, can just walk thru 24hr supermarket... at night no ppl, blow aircon, see got any items on special offer, focus only on essentials.

    Wa.... The diet...i cannot lol, i prefer fresh vegetables and fruits which is doing very well for me...if you hungry want to eat snacks can try nuts,morning i eat oatmeal with boiled plain water, after i eat white rice, boil salmon or chicken and vegetables, sometimes in company no choice eat some biscuits but i try to avoid la...night time eat same thing as lunch and 700mg calcium worth of soy milk, so far it really helped me...used to have flatulence and diarrhea daily one

It's inspiring to watch your journey, and i believe it's a good eye opening perspective for those who are stuck in corporate who wants alternative view on how we can go on with our life.     The meals that you have taken in the video are mainly protein and carbs. Think you should eat more vegetables and fibres. Perhaps that would help in your gastric health.

      Nah that is proven wrong and quite frankly, as you age you should eat more proteins and less fibres.
      You have to know you body to appreciate what you have.
      And also, the body issues is precisely what I ate before that lead to this gastric issues. (Fibres and fruits)
      I never listened to the Govt push to eat those and my life is better now.
      Just so happen that week suey lah kena then pain lolz 🤣

    Just curious , for your selling price in eBay, did you factor in the extra cost of you traveling to drop the parcel off ? Or the markup already covered it ?

      Very good question.
      Usually I will have the parcel dropped off when I am going to work for my pick and pack jobs.
      It’s 2 stops to and fro, so 4 stops total.
      You are right I lately have not factored in the cost of the travel and time but for eBay, is luck of the draw some times what I sell and thus, it’s just a cost I have to take in irregardless.

    Your step count seems decent but you should include some level of resistance training at least 4 times a week. Red bull on a daily basis is fine but I'd recommend drinking the zero sugar version of it. Eat more vegetables and change your snacks to fresh fruits for better fibre and micronutrients. You should probably consider greek yoghurt as breakfast instead of oatmilk and kitkat chips (basically pure sugar and carbs). Your mindset of "damage is done, i'm gonna do whatever" isn't particularly encouraging man.

      Fibres as you age doesnt work.
      Vitamins from the fruits and vegetables yes of course.
      But definitely not the fibres.
      Resistance yes yes. That I will do when I figure things out as I LITERALLY don’t even exercise before lol.😂
      Lastly, i do thank for the comments and suggestions and will take into considerations that’s for certain, like many of you who are trying to figure out why this bugger eats like this.

      those that i have my phone in frame, i had to use a DJI osmo action to film those. the old OG DJI action vlogging camera.
      as for the majority of the filming, in fact all of my filming so far, except when the phone is in frame...(and also the sit down video in my study which i use an insta360 webcam)

    Out of curiosity you seem to always have lor bak and alot of lor sauce for dinner with rice. Do you make these yourself or you buy in bulk or your mom make for you?

      No lah. Buy and keep. Wife usually likes to make soup and vegetables.
      The sauces are mostly from the food we eat from outside.
      Like this round is from the pig leg stall lor.
      And when I mix is just normal can food and I mix like I baby eat . Look like got sauce but I think is the egg that made the rice wet.

      @@acs4410 I dun even eat Vegatables and I lost 20 kgs.
      I was over 90 kg last 5 years ago.
      Changed diet never really eat vege and fruits, more proteins and carbs, and now I am 70 kg.
      I am also eating less 1 meal so that explains it I no longer eat 3 standard meals.
      So yeah. No vege.
      So vege is not the reason why I lost weight. It’s the total opposite.

      So yes I appreciate you suggestions, but I will agree too disagree.
      As you age you don’t need fibre in your life.
      I actually go toilet number 2 far better nowadays too unlike last time haha…..😛

      @@byebyefiat I don’t trade stocks. I buy into them and so far it’s been great!
      Forex is the one I trade and it’s ok. Although lately it’s been ranging so not doing much there.

    your diet is horrible. cut off those sugary drinks n snacks. I'm sure your gastric or whatever illness will get better. you should also consider doing more home cooking. good luck!

      Yeah I also know.
      Although I don’t see it that I eaten any snack other than that Kit Kat cereal or drink a lot of sugar drinks other than the red bull in the early morning.
      And no, I eat my wife food and cooking I tend to get worse. You can ask her if you meet her bwahahaha….

      They bought a 4-rm flat coz initially they were planning to have a kid or 2. But subsequent medical checks showed its very hard, hence the idea was shelved. He got mention in his earlier videos.

      By the way, speaking as part of a two-person household: cooking at home might not necessarily be more cost-effective than buying food back daily.
      Also, isn't it quite touching that he walks out and buys his wife her favourite teh-si and the food that she likes daily? I enjoyed that, haha!

      @@foamycoffee Depends you look at it in relative or absolute sense. At an absolute price level, no, its not cost-effective to cook for 2 at home. But at relative to value level, its much better value than buying outside coz for the same price, by home cooking I actually get alot more good quality protein than buying from outside which is largely simply carbs and not alot of protein. Then I get to use better quality sauces etc too.

    my take is you are running life like this would not get you anywhere. need to upgrade your skills to climb the salary ladder to get better pay or one day if you fall sick or cannot work, you will not have any back to fall back to. Just an advice

      just a thought here, I left corporate and I never felt better, both financially and health wise, much as this week's life shows otherwise. suey lah i got sick and you all needed to see it. lol
      you also probably need to see my other videos to gain more insights. dont worry i plan to do more videos and you will see me often, for better or worse.
      I do appreciate your tough love advice, and for that i am grateful that you even cared. appreciate you!
