The humming sounds more like an LSM rather than the screeching sound that the usual LIM's on Impulse Coasters make. Has there been any modifications to this one recently?
Hey, Canobie Coaster! This is the park's only roller coaster to be inverted, feature a launch and go backwards!
GP lose their minds on this. The screaming is a vibe 😁 It was a smart move to put this next to the parking lot, the screams are audible anywhere in it. I wish more impulse coasters had been made with things to fix capacity and more inspired layouts, but this is still a thrilling ride all these years later, which runs just as comfortably as it did when it a new and cutting-edge ride.
There was another Steel Venom at Geauga Lake. It first opened in 2000 as Superman Ultimate Escape, but got rethemed after the 2003 season.
Neat. Train comes way too close to the end of the track. Does look like fun. I'd ride it. Think one of these would work for Wonderland? Or not.
So many things to love about these rides. Instant acceleration(lovely launch sound) , positive G's, weightlessness, watching that spiral spike swaying and that cool name!
I love the sound too.
I have a fear of rides like these because I feel like i wouldn't be able to breathe in the moment, any tips to overcome this?
