    Sir, it is a request from follower. Please frame a separate course for code books and please teach us each and every point in the code book from first page to last page with examples. So that we will acquire more practical knowledge

      I'm not aware of fire design... We follow IS456 norms while considering section sizes, covers etc.

    Prior to your video I assumed that staad is doing column design wrong but now cleared. Then one more thing that etabs is doing wrong as it provide Min %age provide as 0 o.8% irrespective to the area reqd. Corresponding to direct stress . Is not it

      Not like that.. if required area is more than the minimum %age as per code then it will assign the greater one only. In case the minimum %age is governing then it will find the required concrete area for direct stress and will check if with 0.8% of that required concrete area is giving interaction ratio less than 1
