You just need to get the C-engineer: completed plugin, make sure "New collection log slot entry" is checked, go into your runescape settings and make sure "collection log - New addition notification" is checked, and finally go into your runelite folder under User>.runelite>c-engineer-sounds and replace the "ColLogSlotCompleted_r1 file with a sound of your choice. I made sure the sound of my choice has the exact same when replacing the file.
