Flight Sims used to have a Tower Chase cam, and Runway Spotter Cam.... Now you have to do it yourselves. This would make total sense if the game was free or something, but it isnt, you have to pay $$$ for it, so that you can get this
Exactly. All they cared about when they made MSFS was graphics. You would think something as simple as a tower and fly by cam option which was standard on FSX would be a standard feature, especially with all the money you have to spend.

Is it glitching because of another plugged in device? I have the same thing when my PS4 controller is connected which I also use to control the drone for panning shots, so there is duplicate input

When I set it up like this, the camera tracks the plane well before touchdown. However, once the plane touches down, the camera moves faster than the plane, causing the plane to fall behind the camera's speed. Do you know how to fix this issue?
Then the camera is not correctly set at the center the airplane. Remember to always center the camera to the plane by pressing “5” and only adjust it’s hight
Thanks for the tutorial, however it’s super frustrating to have to do all of this. I’ve been a MSFS guy from the beginning, and there’s always been a tower view. The entire camera setup in MSfS20 is not user friendly at all. My only gripe.
When I try this in live play (ie not replay mode) the camera either can’t keep up with the aircraft or overtakes it. Do you know why this is and how to fix it? Thanks!

Phunny thing is MSFS was the fsx engine..they just revamped it..but didn't keep tower cam ...and they won't add it according to their dev plan

Awesome video thanks a lot man! but hoewer i do have one question though. When i land in replay my reverse thrusters dont seem to show?
On some planes you’ll need to active the reversers yourself. PMDG does it for you but Fenix does not
In my fenix a320 I tried but reverse thrust and speedbrakes weren’t showing, this means it has to be activated manually right?

No idea, should work the same for any phase of flight. Make sure you reset the drone prior positioning

You can unlock the camera, then aim towards the nose and lock the camera again

I can't zoom out very far, am I the only one? I have to use the +/- keys on the numpad to zoom.

Did you pause the flight before setting up the drone? The plane must stay still

Don’t shut down the plane after landing but leave it in landing configuration, then start your replay
