My older brother has lost two of his children at different times for different reasons. Cam was 6-months old when he passed away in daycare and Kori, from his first marriage, was 34 when she passed from MRSA. A bit of an irony is that my other brother's son's name is also Jared. I know the vid is 4-years old, but I'm revisiting it 3/26/23 just to see you react to an amazing band. I hope you guys are well and have found peace.
Kenny's music and gaming videos thank you so much for your kind words. As you can imagine, there are no words for the situation but doing this with all of you has made it easier. He was a metal rock star in British Columbia and so we are able to honour him each day that we flood the house with these amazing songs and all of your responses. Thank you for being here with us.
I will second this song. It's my Porc Jam! Porcupine Tree is on a hiatus, and it is uncertain if they will perform again, but the singer had been cranking out solo albums and touring. Very similar music, but not on the heavy side. Check out his video for "Routine," because it is all about healing from tragedy. (You might want to keep that one to yourselves) The video usually destroys people emotionally.
Their main man, Steven Wilson, disbanded the band and pursued his solo career....which is incredible! Some of the best music ever written. Listen to the song/video Routine...it will literally bring you to tears...seriously.
Hol fuck. I just found this last. Having seen Steven Wilson three times with my son at my side your story absolutely breaks my heart. I think this Channel is a beautiful and fitting tribute to him and if he was a PT fan then he was clearly a man with impeccable taste. RIP Jared, your memory is now forever linked to this epic song. keep the faith... DodgyCam
Paul Rowlston Thank you so much for sending us your heartfelt message. Being here on the channel is helping to celebrate Jared and his love of music and metal rather than focus on the fact that he’s not here to share it with us anymore. We so appreciate you taking the time to send us a message and for being on this journey with us. Thank you.
Guys you deserve so much more attention on youtube. And i am not just talking about this video. I mean in general you are so true hearthed people who love great music.
I'm so sorry about your son,Kel. I know what it's like to lose a child. But I admire your strength and keeping his memory alive. And once again, I love y'all
Jeremy Burleson thank you so much for your message and condolences. We so appreciate you taking the time to say something. And please accept our deepest sympathies for the loss of your child. There are just no words that can be used. I am sorry for the lateness of my reply. The channel has exploded and so we are trying to keep up with every comment on top of filming and our jobs. Thank you for taking the time and for being here with us.
Love this band......sadly they are no longer together. I was lucky to see them live on their last tour and they played this song......it was epic! I recommend Trains.
I'm sorry for your loss but am glad to see you here. Also, holy shit, this song is amazing! It's just like me to find a band worth looking into only to discover that they've broken up!

Ryan Kirch thanks so much for the suggestion. We absolutely will put your request on the spreadsheet. We are doing them in the order that they coming in. Which band plays that song please? Thanks 🎶🎹🎸🌈🎵☄️
Ryan Kirch oh my misreading. So sorry, I get it now. Listen to this PT song but search for their Live From Tilburg show - gotcha! Thanks. Sorry about that, we have been flooded with hundreds of messages and requests - it’s awesome! 💫🎵☄️🎶💥🎸🌈✨🎹💚🎤
Wow I've been a fan of yours for a few weeks now but just watched this video and it tore me apart. The strength that both of you show while talking about your son is so amazing and admirable and I'm so glad you guys decided to share his story for all of us to hear. Such an amazing song, but first and foremost your story and strength while telling it is why you continue to gain new fans. So genuine. Thank you guys.
fooser77 Thank you so much for sending us this heartfelt message. We appreciate all of the encouragement and kindness that everyone has shown. Thank you for being here with us.
I'm sorry for your loss. I've been there and their memories are one of those things that you can still share. The only thing that makes me feel better is knowing that they are in a better place..
Josue Ignacio oh thank you SO much for saying that. Yes, we miss him everyday but doing this with all of you has strangely made it easier. He was a metal rock star in British Columbia and ruled the metal scene there with his band. He would be totally thrilled to know we were doing this if he was here. I am going to learn to play his guitar. The strings are exactly like a the keys of a piano but in a different orientation. Thanks again!!!!
Nice, thanks for the share guys, sweet memory's of a soul we all have had not only the love shared for but the many little things we miss when they are passed from, Love to the both of you. My thought are you will see him someday again playin that V, so sweetly, peace my friends
just recently found your channel and just subscribed. first off...I'm so sorry for you loss. i can't even imagine. great tribute to your son....great way to always remember him. God bless. as for the music....only discovered these guys a few years ago and this was the first album I bought. blown away. fantastic stuff. although they don't sound the same, i get a lot of the same feelings i get while listening to Floyd. a beautiful journey where just about every emotion is covered. hope to see more. also ...Steven Wilson's solo stuff is fantastic too
andy payne thank you so much for your message and heartfelt condolences. Yes Radiohead was awesome, I am glad that this reminded you of them. Thank you so much for being here with us.
I had no idea about your son. And I'm so sorry I've made comments without extending my deepest condolences and love to you and yours. That you are able to carry on and move forward in his honor is a tribute your own strength. I've read from others' testimony who have endured such tragedy (such as Neil Peart having lost his daughter or Robert Plant) and I don't know if I would have the same strength. Much love from the Charlotte, NC area.
You should check out the band OSI. Progessive supergroup with Kevin Moore and Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater, Jim Matheos from Fates Warning, Sean Malone from Cynic and on their last two albums, Gavin Harrison from Porcupine Tree on drums. Also, Steven Wilson from Porcupine Tree does vocals on their song Shutdown, and Mikael Akerfeldt from Opeth does vocals on their song Stockholm. Really cool band, that is criminally unknown.
Organic_Mechanic hello and thanks for the recommendations! Yes, yes and yes!!!! Could you please suggest a song for each of those? Some of those bands and artists have already been suggested but we are happy to take specific song suggestions and add them to our spreadsheet. Thanks so much!
@@kelligafter502 Gladly :) OSI is the only band I've ever bought every album for. For them, I'd recommend Shutdown. The song One by Fates Warning is a great one. Prog band formed in 1982, so they have a lot of stuff. I'm not really familiar with Cynic, I've just heard Sean Malone's work with Gordian Knot. You could check out Rivers Dancing by them, if you like. It's an instrumental, but it's amazing :)
I know that your son passed away but i didnt know it was from the same diagnose that i have and i haved watched you a long time now. Some tears did come down now. Keep up the good work love from Norway 🌹
Jackie miles Thank you so much for this heartfelt message. It means a lot to us that is recognized. Thank you so much for taking the time and for being here with us.
I think this is wonderful sharing your love of music, that you shared with your son, with all of us! My deepest sympathies for your loss! I think this is a great way to keep him in your life and hearts, though I don't think he will ever not be a part of you!! If I could suggest a song. If you like Porcupine Tree, then front man Steven Wilson's solo work is great! Out of newer work I love Detonation off his album To the Bone. I love the song and video to Routine by him as well, but the story of loss maybe is not one you want in a song right now? It is a beautiful song, and there is a version on youtube with Ninet Tayeb singing the song on stage with Steven. It is a beautiful and yet sad song! Keep up the great videos, glad I came across one earlier today! :)
Chip Matthews ohhhh totally!!!! I love it when that happens. The only trouble is it is happening almost every time we listen.... Lolol what a fantastic problem to have.
I am so very sorry for your loss. You guys are amazing! There are many songs in Prog-rock or rock that are a real overwhelming trip, but this one is one of them. I humblely suggest you give us your reactions to a simple Steven Wilson's song: Perfect Life; simple, but so well crafted!, like everything Steven Wilson does. I would also suggest "Pariah", or "My book of regrets", (so many others). You will not be disappointed. Best wishes and keep doing it. You guys are great!
Saw this this am and thought of Jared... 'No-one is finally dead until the ripples they cause in the world die away - until the clock he wound up winds down, until the wine she made has finished its ferment, until the crop they planted is harvested. The span of someone’s life… is only the core of their actual existence.' Terry Pratchett, Reaper Man
You’ ll have to see Steven Wilson do this song in a concert. He was the leader and composer-he broke up Porcupine Tree a long time ago and now does solo. Check out the song “Routine” or “Drive Home”
Hello again and again, this is certainly my favorite song of PORCUPINE TREE, STEVEN WILSON is just a GENIUS. I prefer the version live she s very f..... GOOD. I love see your enjoy an smile when you listen songs. It make me happy and its just love. BRAVO à vous (sorry for my english im just a liitle frenchy) STAY LIKE YOU ARE . LOVE
Steven Wilson’s output is just astounding 😎😎 You have so much more to explore!! including the very latest SW solo journey the Harmony Codex and after a 12 year hiatus, PT returned with a new album and tour Closure Continuation .. and a brand new dvd of that tour which is incredible I recommend reacting to “Harridan” and “I Drive the Hearse” from that dvd 😎
I've really enjoyed your videos, especially the love you clearly have for each other, but I didn't comment until now - and that's because of your very touching, very personal, and deeply saddening intro. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Were that there existed better words, but those will have to suffice.
I also highly recommend the band Haken. You should check out their epic The Architect, or their song Falling Back to Earth. It's on par with Porcupine in my prog book.
ChucknMcNuggets thanks for joining in! I have your suggestions in our spreadsheet now so we will get to them soon. We are going in date order. 💫🎵🎹☄️💥🎶🎸
Hi Kel and Rich! I was very moved by this video. I LOVE porcupine tree and Steven Wilson. This video rejuvenated a part of me because of your genuine reactions. So much so that i went back and listened to the full album, Fear of a Blank Planet. I also thought it was super cool that you did a video in honor of your son. My dad passed away 2 years ago and rich talking about his son's reaction to his music growing up reminded me of how much my dad and i used to bond over music. I was wondering if maybe you guys could do a reaction video to his favorite song. It's a song called Throw Down the Sword by a band called Wishbone Ash. I know you guys like to use different hashtag systems and you tend to go off trending songs suggested through other users. I also know you guys live busy lives, not only through your channel but through jobs and your recent move. I hope that if you read this you'll definitely consider reacting to it. The song is not prog or metal but is a really great classic rock song with amazing harmonic solos. Anyways, love your guys' videos and keep up the good work. Very entertaining to watch.
I'm 60 and have never been a parent, but I've lost love ones and I know the pain. I also know other parents who have outlived their children and it's hard. Just today I went to a viewing of a friend of 42 years who is the ex-wife of a friend I've known for over 50 years. She was killed 3 weeks ago at age 57 in a car crash. Because of friction between the ex-husband and her family, he was able to arrange a special viewing hours before the actual service, so it was just us two and another two friends that knew her. It was really strange, as I can't remember a time that she wasn't smiling or laughing, and that's the image I want to remember. But there is one other image that will stay with me. Richard, the ex, put a small Bible and a single rose in her hand, and I think I will never forget the look of her delicate fingers holding that little book. I believe that particular Bible had a special significance, and the rose I know did. When they were married, say driving down the street, and he spotted a rose patch, he would stop and pick her one rose, and she used to love that. But yeah it is so strange. I kept looking at those fingers on that little book and expected her squeeze it and smile and open her eyes and sit up. I'm having a hard time with her gone. For Jared! 🤘 For Ann Catherine Diaz - goodbye my dear friend. ❤ 🌹
Hi Kel-n-Rich. I have only just started watching your reaction videos and im a huge fan of Porcupine Tree and most things Steven Wilson. I know this comment maybe overlooked with you having such a large following but i would love to make a suggestion for listening for yourselves. The song in question is 'Gravity Eyelids' by PT. Hope you like at and have a great day. Gratz on all your followers your doing an awesome job. X
Howdy once again guys. Love the reactions to so much great music. As with Arriving Somewhere, the live version of Anesthetize from Tillburg, the Netherlands, is so much better than the studio song, which is the case with much of PT’s music, especially their last few albums….
Thank you for the reaction. I listened to one of the few Fractured Anatomy songs that I could find- it sounded great. I'm sure Jared would've loved to see you two chill out to this great song as well. If you want to dig more into Porcupine Tree, I have a few suggestions, for "modern", post-2001 sort of heavier PT: Trains (maybe do the live video?) Arriving Somewhere but Not Here Mellotron Scratch And for earlier, more psychedelic PT: Last Chance to Evacuate Planet Earth Before It Is Recycled Dark Matter
Oh this was such a great post to wake up to!!! Thank you for searching out Fractured Anatomy. I’ll upload a few of the super raw vids I took with my iPhone over the years. We have to buy some more storage space on this channel already! Your suggestions for more PTree sound awesome. We will definitely check out ASAP. Anything else you want us to react to...send em ‘! We are doing one each day snd have lots of music snd experiences yet to enjoy together. Please stick with us here. You sound like a super person to be doing this with. Many thanks for laying ears on my boy, his shared sound and their energy and passion for their music. He loved nothing more than writing, practicing, and performing his music for others. I’m in close contact with their drummer, Justis. We will be reacting to Death in their honour. We live in Florida so it’s only fitting and Jared just ate them up in his last year with us. Kinda strange...”Death”...but there it is....
@@Kel.N.RichReactions I went back and listened to the EP up on the band's Soundcloud. It was so good (as I expected!). Jared was very talented at what he did, that's for sure- I could feel so much passion listening to the songs. I can relate to losing closed ones so suddenly.. A couple years ago I lost my parents in a car crash. It's definitely not easy, and moving on takes time and effort, and it's so great you're doing this in honor of him and the music he loved- I pretty much did the same thing after they passed away, started listening to all the music they loved (which is how I got into PT). I have another request, "Routine" from Steven Wilson's solo 2015 album (Steven is the frontman of PT- sadly the band has gone on hiatus for an undisclosed period of time, but his solo work is just as great) It's one hell of an emotional trip, and it pretty much encapsulates every feeling that I felt during my "moving on" phase. Do the music video, and have tissues nearby. Hope the best for you two and I hope the channel grows bigger and bigger!
Mzed! Thank you so much for your most thoughtful comments. We so appreciate what you have said and the fact that you looked up Fractured Anatomy. Jared was a total sweetheart and an incredibly talented musician. We were blessed to have the time with him that we did. Many thanks.
Mzed! We have added all of your suggestions to the spreadsheet and we are working every day to make our way through them all! Thank you so much for taking the time to play!
@@Kel.N.RichReactions steven wilson is the brains behind Porcuoine tree. He wrote all the songs and he has had many musical projects (bands) over the years. Some he still does. In addition he has a "solo" career under his name "steven wilson" he currently has 5 full albums under his solo career along with a ton under porcupine tree, several with no-man (another one if his projects) blackfield, bass communion, IEM, all steven wilson- addition he mixes and produces music for other artists. If you're going to check out steven wilson solo stuff drive home, routine, luminal, the raven that refused to sing, are all good choices, regret#9 is an instrumental and has one if my all time favorite guitar solos in it (but the solo in drive home is very good and moving)
Sweet. We will definitely first react to them. I knew Steve’s name but was resisting really exploring them for hopes one day of doing this ‘first reaction’ deal with Kel. So glad I waited! Now we have a few amazing and groundbreaking bands and artist to unpack together. Keep the suggestions flowing @Michael Moran. Believe it or not, I’ve put Tool on the shelf after seeing them in 1996 at Roseland NYC 4th row. They were awesome and I ate up Lateralus but stopped there. So much music. So many great artists. So lots left to first react to. Thanks bro.
Ooohhh check out the project "Ayreon" and the song "The Day That The World Breaks Down" th-cam.com/video/oFuMKdrzPqU/w-d-xo.html The song is a good representation of what Ayreon is all about and the music that is created. It features prog rock / metal with an element of rock opera and space/sci-fi rock. Included in the video is the lead project artists notes about the creation of the song as well has discussing his thoughts on the eleven guests vocalists and instrumentalists. These guest vocalists include James LaBrie (Dream Theater), Tommy Karevik (Kamelot), Tommy Rogers (Between the Buried and Me), Simone Simons (Epica), Nils K. Rue (Pagan's Mind), Tobias Sammet (Avantasia), Hansi Kürsch (Bling Guardian), Mike Mills (Toehider), Russell Allen (Symphony X), Michael Eriksen (Circus Maximus) & Floor Jansen (Nightwish).
There isn't a band in the world to match Porcupine tree at their best particularly live.Try the song "Heart attack in a layby",fantastic lyrics and emotion.
Mely Fisher - we live in South Florida, near Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I was born in New York City and Kel has been a Canadian and now has immigrated to the USA! We met in Victoria BC Canada, worked alongside each other, then fell in love and married years later. We moved to Florida a year ago. We are Massage Therapists and Exercise Pros. We are partners in our business here. Thank for asking. I have relatives in South America. The Gafters. We are planning a trip down there within 3 years. Never been to Chile. We want to big time!!!!!!
Your reactions are so genuine, I'm loving that :) So you said you knew and loved Dream Theater... but as far as I understood, you havent listened to any Porcupine Tree or Haken. Which genre(s) were you listening to the most, before starting up this channel? Just asking out of curiousity :) Ps: Please, please react to either "Veil" or "The Architect" by Haken. I guarantee you'll love them :P
You are very kind a generous with your comments. So appreciated.... You are correct with all assumptions. I have personally listened to all Floyd (since age 9...I’m 47 now)...humbly, I know all there really is to know about them. Classic rock, Popular heavy metal, more obscure metal, popular prog rock and some indie bands/artists, lots of chill, jazz like chic corea, Greyboy Allstars...that’s me. Kel more epic soundtracks, general rock n roll, jazz, the classics, 80’s and 90’s pop, disco (me too 😂), rockabilly, underground London bands (Elastica) and classic grunge. Porcupine Tree high on the list now. We will finish up DT DOT and move to more Maiden and the other suggestions made so far with some less known Metallica for Kel thrown in. Our mission: “One song for EVERYONE, every day NO MATTER WHAT”
@@Kel.N.RichReactions Ooh, we are into the same genres, but with different directions. As a prog fan, I did not really enjoy Floyd, Rush, Yes or Genesis; but those are the ones I think you enjoy :) I am more into the modern prog ones like BTBAM, Haken, Animals As Leaders and so on. It's always to meet people with different tastes in music! I'm not familiar with the bands you've mentioned, Greyboy and Elastica. So it's time for me to discover their music :) Thanks a lot for replying too! It always feels nice that the people you see in the screen are actually taking time reading what you've written, and spending time on typing a reply to them. It's so kind of you, much appreciated!
Berke Filiz we have a spreadsheet going at this point to try to keep up with all of the wicked suggestions. We are totally open to listening to bands we have never even heard of to give both of us, and all of you, a wide range. Hopefully as our channel grows each day each of us will experience a broadening of our musical horizons together. 😉 Thank you for being here 💫🎶💥☄️🎵🎹👍🏼🎸🤟🏼

This entire album is choice ..
The concert on Blu-ray even better ..
This song live is so much better than the original imo. You can feel 5he song organically interact with the audience and it gets elevatee.

I have been really luck to have witness his live performance. It was simply incredible.

Porcupine Tree is probably my second favourite band. The first being Opeth, you could do an Opeth song even though is definitely heavier.
Josue Ignacio hello and welcome! Thanks for the comment, Opeth is definitely on the spreadsheet and we are working our way to them.
Opeth are my favourite band but you can see they influence each other, especially when Steve Wilson produced opeths blackwater park
Im really sorry for your loss. Heartbreaking. Greetings to you from Chile.

Sorry for your loss. I have never heard of these before, it reminded me a lot of Radiohead. This was great.
andy payne thank you so much for your message and heartfelt condolences.
Much love from the Charlotte, NC area.
what a couple. you really shine! greets from Hamburg
I first saw porcupine tree in 1999 at Sam goodys in the west village nyc at an Instore acoustic show.
Organic_Mechanic thank you so much, we will add it to the spreadsheet for sure!!!
Thanks :) I'm sure you'll enjoy them all.
I wished that band toured
that panning with the guitars! how cool is that!
Christopher Bride we are so glad you are here with us having fun. Thanks man! 🎹🎵💙🎸💫🎶💚
I instantly fell in love with this sound and song. You showed us the way bro
I know that your son passed away but i didnt know it was from the same diagnose that i have and i haved watched you a long time now. Some tears did come down now. Keep up the good work love from Norway 🌹
I’m so sorry for your loss❤️
Jackie miles Thank you so much for this heartfelt message. It means a lot to us that is recognized. Thank you so much for taking the time and for being here with us.
Sorry for your lose, from what you said Jerry seems like he was a really really good kid, and he must've been glad that you guys were his parents
You know it's good when you get to the end of a 17 minute song and wish it was 17 minutes longer.
AMEN. Thanks for watching with us @Chip Matthews. More coming very soon...
Chip Matthews ohhhh totally!!!! I love it when that happens. The only trouble is it is happening almost every time we listen.... Lolol what a fantastic problem to have.
Wished you'd done the live at Tilburg version. Much love to you both x
'No-one is finally dead until the ripples they
cause in the world die away - until the clock
he wound up winds down, until the wine
she made has finished its ferment, until the
crop they planted is harvested. The span of
someone’s life… is only the core of their actual
existence.' Terry Pratchett, Reaper Man
Paul Rowlston Thank you so much for your wonderful and sweet message, and thank you for being here with us.
No, thank you. And keep the faith... :)
So sorry for your loss - I have 3 teenage sons and can't imagine life without one of them.
B Well thank you so very much for saying that, your kind words are appreciated.
You’ ll have to see Steven Wilson do this song in a concert. He was the leader and composer-he broke up Porcupine Tree a long time ago and now does solo. Check out the song “Routine” or “Drive Home”
You need to hear the pineapple thief - in exile! Congrats from Portugal 🇵🇹
LOVE
I saw this band tour for this album three times, the first at Best Buy theater before the album came out. And the last time at the beacon theater.
I think you would love to hear the live version! It's from the tilburg concert
Steven Wilson’s output is just astounding 😎😎
You have so much more to explore!! including the very latest SW solo journey the Harmony Codex and after a 12 year hiatus, PT returned with a new album and tour Closure Continuation .. and a brand new dvd of that tour which is incredible
I recommend reacting to “Harridan” and “I Drive the Hearse” from that dvd 😎
Their last show in USA was at radio city music hall in 2010.
I've really enjoyed your videos, especially the love you clearly have for each other, but I didn't comment until now - and that's because of your very touching, very personal, and deeply saddening intro.
I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Were that there existed better words, but those will have to suffice.
Nice couple god bless you guys
Hey thanks Tejay!!! We so appreciate you being here with us. Binge away. 800 videos or so.
You take my like 😭😭😭 I’m not crying, I’m cutting onions
Bless up
I also highly recommend the band Haken. You should check out their epic The Architect, or their song Falling Back to Earth. It's on par with Porcupine in my prog book.
ChucknMcNuggets thanks for joining in! I have your suggestions in our spreadsheet now so we will get to them soon. We are going in date order. 💫🎵🎹☄️💥🎶🎸
Haken are amazing! The live version of Celestial Elixir is one of the most entertaining and perfect live performances I've ever experienced.
mixtand138 thanks for the comment, they are on the spreadsheet and we are working our way to them!
I didn't know, I'm so sorry for your loss ❤
Blackest eyes is a feast of a song from porcupine tree. Also, got a request. 16 horsepower-coal black horses. Nobody will ever request them. So do it!
dude that is a great 1st song to be introduced to PT@! One of my favorites.
Christopher Bride is too!!!
another PT/SW going in tonight
I am late to the party. My condolences to you. RIP Jared. RIP Brent (my brother)
For Jared! 🤘
For Ann Catherine Diaz - goodbye my dear friend. ❤ 🌹
Repose en paix, Jared.
Laurent Clère merci beaucoup. Jared était un trésor et nous lui manque beaucoup tous les jours. Encore, merci.
Rest in peace Jared ❤️
Hi Kel-n-Rich. I have only just started watching your reaction videos and im a huge fan of Porcupine Tree and most things Steven Wilson. I know this comment maybe overlooked with you having such a large following but i would love to make a suggestion for listening for yourselves. The song in question is 'Gravity Eyelids' by PT. Hope you like at and have a great day. Gratz on all your followers your doing an awesome job. X
Oh and 'Sleep Together' (not literally lol). Another song by PT. These are both fairly short but nice and heavy.
We wish you al te love in the world and a brite future.
Howdy once again guys. Love the reactions to so much great music. As with Arriving Somewhere, the live version of Anesthetize from Tillburg, the Netherlands, is so much better than the studio song, which is the case with much of PT’s music, especially their last few albums….
actual footage of progasm
Thank you for the reaction. I listened to one of the few Fractured Anatomy songs that I could find- it sounded great. I'm sure Jared would've loved to see you two chill out to this great song as well.
If you want to dig more into Porcupine Tree, I have a few suggestions, for "modern", post-2001 sort of heavier PT:
Trains (maybe do the live video?)
Arriving Somewhere but Not Here
Mellotron Scratch
And for earlier, more psychedelic PT:
Last Chance to Evacuate Planet Earth Before It Is Recycled
Dark Matter
I have another request, "Routine" from Steven Wilson's solo 2015 album (Steven is the frontman of PT- sadly the band has gone on hiatus for an undisclosed period of time, but his solo work is just as great)
It's one hell of an emotional trip, and it pretty much encapsulates every feeling that I felt during my "moving on" phase.
You're a stronger/better man than me Rich.
Thanks
You guys would love seeing them do this live at Tilborg. It's on TH-cam for you.

Ive just noticed you have diffetent headphones on,didnt notice that the 1st time i watched this vid. Cool reaction from a great band.🎧👍
My son also died of epilepsy at the age of 32. I can really empathize. Check out Highly Suspect as well
Steven wilson/ porcupine tree brought me here.
Is that a song or??? Thanks !!!
He just finished a year long world tour of his latest album
Since you just lost your son, Routine and drive home may hit a little too close to the heart.
Thanks bro.
Boys, we got ourselves a smuggler here!
THIS is perhaps their BEST song imo. Try the live version, which is even better (yes it seems impossible but it is)
Arriving somewhere but not here is up there.
Sorry for your loss Rich'N'Kel. You should have played the "Live from
Tilburg" version which in IMHO is as good or better than the album version.
Ooohhh check out the project "Ayreon" and the song "The Day That The World Breaks Down"
th-cam.com/video/oFuMKdrzPqU/w-d-xo.html
The song is a good representation of what Ayreon is all about and the music that is created.
I seriously never ever say this, but I ALWAYS prefer the live version to the studio on this track
blowing your minds, right? I FUCKING TOLD YOU SO!
Greetings from Chile
Hey Mely! Enjoy this one. It’s pretty special. ❤️🙏🏽😇. Thanks for being with us.
@@Kel.N.RichReactions I love this band so much... so I really enjoy this. You guys are an amazing couple.
Mely Fisher ...it is so wonderful that you are enjoying along with us. We are about to shoot another one within the hour. 😌🙏🏽🕺🏻💃🏻
@@Kel.N.RichReactions cant wait! I'll be alert! Dou you know something about Chile? By the way... where you came from?
Mely Fisher - we live in South Florida, near Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I was born in New York City and Kel has been a Canadian and now has immigrated to the USA! We met in Victoria BC Canada, worked alongside each other, then fell in love and married years later. We moved to Florida a year ago. We are Massage Therapists and Exercise Pros. We are partners in our business here.
Thank for asking.
I have relatives in South America. The Gafters. We are planning a trip down there within 3 years. Never been to Chile. We want to big time!!!!!!

Ciao da Roma
omg so sry
Your reactions are so genuine, I'm loving that :) So you said you knew and loved Dream Theater... but as far as I understood, you havent listened to any Porcupine Tree or Haken. Which genre(s) were you listening to the most, before starting up this channel? Just asking out of curiousity :)
Ps: Please, please react to either "Veil" or "The Architect" by Haken.
Our mission:
“One song for EVERYONE, every day NO MATTER WHAT”
Berke Filiz def. Haken this week! I trust your opinion!!
So it's time for me to discover their music :)
Thanks a lot for replying too! It always feels nice that the people you see in the screen are actually taking time reading what you've written, and spending time on typing a reply to them. It's so kind of you, much appreciated!
Berke Filiz thank you SO much for your comments, Haken is coming up!
😉 Thank you for being here 💫🎶💥☄️🎵🎹👍🏼🎸🤟🏼
Alex Lifeson on the first lead break
React to Between the Buried and Me "White Walls".
Hating me is conforming thanks so much! We will add it to the list 😊
@@kelligafter502 I'm sure your boy loved btbam if he listened to dream theater and played the guitar.they toured together.
Hating me is conforming wow, that is so cool. We have added them to the list... ok spreadsheet.... can’t wait to hear them. Thanks!
