My husband and I tried for 11 years and suffered an early second trimester miscarriage in 2014. One month into the pandemic we found out we were pregnant with our rainbow baby. He was born November 23rd and will be six weeks old on Monday. I'm 36 and never thought I'd have this chance. I was in shock when I found out.

I'm so excited! We lost a baby in october and we found out on Christmas day that we are expecting our second 🌈 baby! Congratulations prayers for you all!
Congratulations! We lost a pregnancy in October too, but unfortunately didn't get pregnant on the only cycle I've had since.
Don't give up, we waited 12 years and had 8 losses before our son then after him we have had 3 losses in the last 2 years, praying for you and your miracles!

I lost my first trimester baby last night. Something I love about motherhood is how much joy I can hold for you as I grieve my loss. At first, it stung when I saw this notification flash on my phone but now I am crying tears of joy with you. Our other babies are all the same age. You’re absolutely a long distance mentor to me as I continue to learn to love my family. So thrilled for you, Delilah. I am incredibly thankful you share life & your family as it grows.

I can relate to this more than ever. I had a chemical pregnancy the week of Christmas and we have been trying for 6 months now for our first. I am so thrilled for her though and I am hopeful that I’ll be not too far behind.

I'm currently recovering from a miscarriage, and it gives me so much joy and hope watching this. Your celebration of life at such an early stage of pregnancy encourages and fills me with peace... it makes me feel seen. With miscarriages, it's easy to try to excuse it as being "early", or "for the better"... but we should rejoice and mourn over life regardless of the age. I cannot wait until I'm in this season of joy and new birth again, and thank you for sharing this vulnerable and raw moment. It gives me hope for what the future can bring.

Speak life over your womb. The Lord will give you the desires of your heart. Set your eyes on him, even when you hurt. His ways are perfect 💕 I am 15 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. Lost our first at 7 weeks (found out at 11). I am full of peace this time around. I pray that you are filled with the peace the surpasses all understanding, for your sweet one is with the Lord (see 2 Samuel when David loses his son with Bathsheba, she says that he will see him again one day). Rejoice that God weeps with you, but he also has a plan for your life. He gives beauty for ashes and joy for mourning. I cry out of longing but also joy when I write this. Longing to kiss the one in heaven, and joy to meet the one being knit in my womb. You are loved, mama. 💕 you are not alone.

My husband and I had the same approach to my pregnancies, wanting to honor the life whether or not it was ever visible to the world. To glorify our Messiah with the truth whether or not it hurts. I feel the same way. I am currently 15 weeks, but shared with our families around 8/9 (I found out at 8 weeks). We lost our first at 11 weeks fall of 19. These precious babies deserve recognition and more importantly the Lord deserves the highest praises no matter what.

I just wanted to add for anyone reading comments. It’s totally normally to take up to 12 m to get pregnant even with tracking ovulation. The feelings she is feeling are totally normal of course. Recognizing that the average amount of time it takes to get pregnant for couples is 12 m though is important, don’t feel defeated or like it’s never going after just a couple times.
This was hard to watch- so bitter sweet. You are so blessed girl!
In all respect, do you have any sources for stating this 12m is "average"? 12 months is the length of time a couple needs to be trying before they should be seeing a doctor for assistance/fertility help.. so it would make sense that anything longer than 12 months is abnormal 🤔

@@mirnie555 no but it’s pretty easy to look yourself. Some say 6-12 m from a quick google search I did but I was told by my fertility specialist that it was 12 m as it took us 3.5 years to conceive.
@@mirnie555 and not abnormal just longer then average but could be an issue. For us it just took 3.5 years. We didn’t have any issues and went on to have 2 more children within the average amount of time.

"Vague dream being pregnant " thats how I have been feeling for a few years now...still waiting on our first baby. I've been through so many ups and downs with my desire to have children. I just have to keep praying and trusting
Just said a prayer for you. It took my husband and me 9 years to finally see a positive pregnancy test and have our first baby. I ended up needing a surgery and to see a specialist to get pregnant, but it finally happened! 18 months later we found out I was pregnant again with no assistance. Don’t give up hope. 💕

I’ve been waiting for this, you’ve been so tired in your videos and taking space and I felt for sure you were pregnant, and holding back until you were ready to share. Congratulations guys , 3 babies to fill you house and hearts. I recently had our forth and we thought we not be overwhelmed with love and happiness anymore then the previous 3 then he came and he’s so precious and instantly stole our hearts and I’m moved to tears by our beautiful brood of children , we’ve found love multiplies ALWAYS .

We are in the exact same situation in our life right now, i've had a couple of negative pregnancy tests in the last months, even though i had such extreme symptoms and it felt like i was a 100% pregnant, but it was negative every time. So seeing this, it fills me with so much joy for you and your family and it fills me with so much hope, that soon, maybe the next test, or the one after, i will do, will also be positive. I am so happy for you! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, that you share this with us, that you share so much with us. I got the notification and clicked so fast. I’m at 5 minutes and had to pause. Started watching this while eating lunch and I’m sobbing with you. We have two boys 4.5 and 2.5 and had two second trimester miscarriages in between them, and now I’m 26 weeks pregnant ❤️. When you said you didn’t remember what it felt like being pregnant because it had been so long I totally felt the same way. I didn’t know you miscarried before. I’m sorry you had to go through that 💔. I’ve had a feeling you were pregnant! I seen that little bump 😄I’m so happy for you guys. This is such a beautiful video and so real.
