My own is if only what countryman said is or was true why should he apologize ❓ Unless he knows deep down his heart what he said wasn't or isn't true. If it multimedia that forced him to apologize then our country won't wake up from this fall. Cos if you say the truth ppl will hide behind the scenes and force you to apologize. Something may be true, but how you said it may not be right. What he said was right but will not stand in court because in court, we don't say the truth but rather the one you have enough evidence. You may see someone stealing, but if you can't produce evidence and the person can show something to the court that he was not even around at that time. Even the person stole the item, but if you're not able to provide enough evidence, he can suit you for destroying his image
