As for Lay he is one of my EXO biases. I think this is the same story, as Jet Li's character in HERO. I highly recommend watching the LIT bts of how the video was made and what the singer is saying. There is a lot of cultural context to this story.

Lay is the main dancer of exo along with kai. Sehun plays the role of a main dancer too but his official position is lead dancer.
They're the main dancer line as we like to call them. Extremely versatile and technical.
People know exo because of their vocals but their dance line is unmatched and should be talked about more often

i think it adds years to my lifespan every time i see someone discover the greatness of lay lol. i feel like he got overlooked a lot before he started doing his solo stuff, and the way he's been able to express himself creatively and show just how talented/versatile he really is, and then to be so insanely successful... we love to see it!
And you're gonna fall even more in love once you listen to our leader Suho. His debut solo album has modern rock elements to it and also ballads. His voice is just magnificent and he's also such a charming and loveable person. He's basically EXO and EXO-Ls backbone. I cried the most when he enlisted.
I'm not an EXO-L and never really listened to EXO's music / members solo music but Lay is definitely one of the most memorable k-pop idols for me. He, J-hope and Taemin (from Shinee) are my favorite dancers in the entire k-pop industry and I just love the very specific vibe of his songs. I think I've been listening to LIT since it came out and it still hits hard.
That's why we are so proud of EXO...every member was so talented .. even they can't promote as a group because of many things...EXO members can stand alone and as an EXOL we can say EXO already legend on this industry...our humble KINGS😉
