She's obviously an homage to the actress Farrah Fawcett aka Jill Monroe from the TV Series Charlie's Angels.

Great video! All the videos you create are stylish and very informative.Its a treat watching you unbox, assemble and present your dolls. You apparently enjoy them very much. But... Most of us older collectors do not remove our dolls from the box.Maybe that's not such a good idea. It appears that these Dolls should be released from their box and displayed for all to see.Poppy is a very pretty doll.I fondly remember Farah Fawcett as Jill Monroe. At the time she was my ultimate 12 year old boys fantasy girl! Thank you for another awesome video.
