yeah there's a small deadzone on the astral in front of her, if people don't know about it you can do it on wakeup and they will expect to block it and then you throw them very cool stuff :goobi:
I've actually just picked up BBCF and Platinum since the rollback announcement and stumbled upon this looking for combos and guides. Now i'm inspired by all the crazy things I can do with Platinum, thanks a bunch! :D
This was freakin' sick! Fantastic job, Jive! Real talk, how long did it take to do the All Items combo? I'm really curious on how the hell you did that, did you have to theorize before-hand with it being random or could you actually set it's order in training mode?
It took a while and I had to do various like, theory runs to get it down. I ended up theory crafting the combo in my head through how the proration works with her and what I *thought* would work, and then set the items, paused the game, set the new items, etc. I had to splice out the menus and I'm actually surprised I did well enough for no one to notice lol I kept getting owned by the combo timer though, It took a week or so to get it completely down. don't remember the actual hours and I'm glad I don't lmao. Also rachel has a specific hitbox that helped which was nice
The hammer has an unblockable portion that causes an earth quake and does no damage. The move ends up being a decent starter and in over drive she has infinite item charges as well as being able to cancel the items into it self 2 times. So you can get a situation like this where it just does 0 damage for 20 hits. If you add normal buttons after this the combo only does like 200-600 damage 😂
I used the unlimited mod for that part, in previous versions of BB there used to be unlimited versions of characters with different movesets/crazy stuff but they didnt use it for CF, so someone made a mod for it. I just thought it was fun to add in lol
In BBCP unlimited mode platinum can choose which item she wants and they're always powered up, among a few other things like move properties being different like 6B and also having new supers
