*Ingredients for special Chhole masala:-
1cup - Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
2 small - boiled Potato
1/2cup - fresh Yogurt
2ts - Red Chilly powder
2ts - Coriander Powder
1/2ts - Turmeric Powder
3-4ts - Chhole Masala Powder
1ts - Garam Masala Powder
1ts - Cumin
1/2ts - Black Pepper Corn
1/4ts - Asafetida
2 chopped - Onions
2 big - Tomatoes Puree
2 chopped - Green Chilly
1tbs - crushed Garlic
1inch - Ginger
2 - Bay Leaf
7-8 - Cloves
2 - Cinnamon stick
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green cardamom
4 leaf - Star Anise
1/4cup - Refined Oil
Salt as per taste
fresh chopped Green Coriander
