Economy for us, we flew with Turkish Airlines which is possibly the best flight I've had to Philippines in terms of time. It was 3 hours and 45 to Istanbul then just over 11 (I think) to Manila. Usually it's a stopover in the middle east or Hong Kong, but I found this so much better. Lovely airline too. Obviously depends on where you're coming from, if it's the US then it'll be different. Leg room was ok, but at 6ft 4" it may be worth upgrading if it's in your budget...or the exit rows maybe. Have an amazing time, I'm sure you will 😊

Rebecca - I am travelling to the Philippines in April for our first holiday there and its daunting me ALOT!!! I have found your vlogs which I am currently working through and first wondered about the SIM you mention. Did you take one from the UK? If so, can I do this?? I am so confused!

Bec, its doing my head in planning it all. I was fine until I keep reading how hard it is to travel in the Philippines and now its freaking me out!!! Was thinking, Manila for a couple of nights then flying to Cebu, ferry to Bohol and then back before coming home. We are seasoned travellers and have been to Thailand but this one is really stressing me out. Your vlogs are really helping me, I just need to adopt a filipino family hahahaha!!!

Also download the grab app for transport... extremely reliable (you may already know about that) any other questions, just ask😊
@@oneinap1llion oooh that is a tough one! I've not been to any and fancy all but think I would have to go Cebu/Bohol, purely based on what I've heard about Boracay being a bit of a party place for tourists...but I could be totally wrong! Let me know what you decide though and have an amazing time🥰
