No! Ab’eti lu k’ara bi “Ajere” isn’t addressing omnipresence. It is rather an attempt to address God’s ability to hear everyone everywhere at the same time.
However, as the WOG has rightly said, the creator CANNOT look like the creation or be likened to the ordinary creation of man, even man is God’s creation. It is creations that look like the CREATOR. THINK about it, you’ll see she’s absolutely correct.
If we say: “ajere bi eti lu ka ara bi Olorun” - A mesh possesses ears all round similar to our God, then that can make sense.

The Ajere and Òkè are just form of figures or objects to help people relate in real life case; nobody will liken God to objects.
See it this way; you have a child and people reference you to that child, they say you look like that child, you behave like your child.

In the context of what Minister Tope said; we as humans have limited expressions to describe how big God is, so we have always likened Him to what we can relate with in our immediate environment.
