The Turnip ascetic really scratch’s an itch for me. I love the grimy look and the push to kitbash and modify models to get a gnarly look. Great job.
I feel the exact same way! It's my favorite units to paint for sure.
Love seeing the Over the Garden Wall influence while still making each model look unique enough to stand alone as a completely original design.
Any plans for other characters like The Beast or Auntie Whispers?
I've got some ideas for Enoch and Auntie for sure. In this parallel universe, Im not sure if the beast is still around.
I should have known you'd use Tina's frog model after the last video; I've been eyeing it since she posted it. I'm curious if/how you might adapt some of the more outlandish units from Turnip like the Great Proboscis or the Tall Man
I have something planned for the next video you might like 👀
Very nice, very nice indeed. I'd be too precious about altering models that were already that nice!
I used to feel the same!
Great video Terran! Love the red caps and the exploded muzzle! What's the Green stuff Milliput mix ratio? I have both products, but have never tried mixing them.
I would say probably more greenstuff to milliput, like 60/40. I like to start sculpting as soon as I mix up the clay and mixing the two makes the greenstuff less sticky.
@@ConjuredCraft thanks! I will try it out
Do you know where us peasants might go to find more of your friend Tina's work?
Here's her my mini factory: www.myminifactory.com/users/Tine%20Fieldling?show=store
Great additions to the warband. I love your Funderberker.
I'm a big fan of Warmonger's Landsnecht Ogres/Great Orcs, so it was nice seeing the big cannon set in action. The long-nosed masks and pointed hats really tie the whole thing together.
Totally agree. The base minis are very cool and have so much more character than alot of stuff that comes out today. Thanks for watching!
@@ConjuredCraft I've considered grabbing a few, to start a Landsnecht Ogres army. The bulk would be from Wargames Atlantic's plastic kit, but I'd use the Warmongers models as unit leaders and such.
The final shots of them all painted up are just wonderful! What a cracking video.
I read this and thought "what a British comment" and then read who it was from 😂 cheers Ben!
It's probably a stupid question but how did you dry out your coffee grounds without them getting mouldy?
Not at all, I put them on a baking tray and let them sit in the oven at a low temperature (less than 100 °C) for an hour.
One option is putting them in the oven at a very low setting, probably no more than 100C. I've seen it recommended to leave the oven door just slightly open to allow moisture to escape, but I don't think that's necessary. Spreading them in a thin layer will make them dry quicker.
I think it might even work to skip the oven and just leave the grounds in a sunny window sill, but that will depend on where you live I assume. Putting paper towels underneath can't hurt either. Good luck! :)
Great work.
Thanks!
commenting because the video is great and also to boost the algorythm so you are blessed with youtube money
Blessings upon your house!
Making them actual toads is genius. They look amazing.
Thank you!
Lovely conversion man! Great looking stuff as always. :)
Thank you so much!
I wonder if for your pin tool you made if it would work to put a pin with the head cut off in a mechanical pencil?
If you give it a go let me know if it works! I'll have to hunt down some pencils this weekend to give it a try.
I really love Your miniature worlds!
Thanks!
I love what you did with the little goblins. Very Labyrinth. Keep up the good work.
Thank you!
These look so great 🐸
Had a great base model 🐸
Nice Hitchhiker’s Guide reference :)
Nicely spotted
Oh man, Over the Garden Wall is such a wonderful theme to bring into T28! I'll have to go through your older videos to see what else you did with idea. 😊
Thanks! Hope you enjoy ☺️
Your so good at painting, the 🐸 looked awesome.
Thank you!
