What a blast from the past, I remember having a binder of all these up until 2nd gen cards. The only card I was missing was in fact that holo Electrode. I wish they were in good enough condition for PSA 10, I’d be lucky if they were a 3 💀
Seeing everyone gathered around the table and getting so pumped for these awesome cards reminds me so much of when we were 10 or 12 year old kids, and doing the same thing on the playground with all our friends. The fact that we can all still have this exact same excitement and passion for these cards 20 years later blows my mind in the most poetic and beautiful way!

I remember back in 2009 moving to a new house and I was going through all my old stuff to see what to keep or what I’m throwing away and I kid you not….. not knowing as a kid how worthy Pokémon cards would be.. I threw away roughly around 300 cards with a lot of holos and legendary cards. The regret hits me hard.
I don't think handing the cards to a 2nd and 3rd person was a good idea, imagine if the cards got dropped 😅. Should have handed straight to the guy doing the sleeving.
I love these videos but they also make me want to cry, because I had so many of these rare cards when I was a kid and now they are gone. But these videos bring back my childhood so thank you

There are not very many packs, but still some unopened, they were highly collectible when they first came out so not surprising. Adults did collect these.
