- Funny interview with Kimi Räikkönen at the Barcelona pre-season tests 2013. As usual Kimi is laid back and does not seem interested in answering questions and even refuses to answer the reporters stupid question in the end :D

It's like when we are at a family gathering and we keep answering questions about our career, our eating habits, how much money we make, and when they finally ask why we're still single and when we're gonna have kids, we suddenly need the bathroom and leave 😂

I think he genuinely didn't understand wtf that question meant, as someone who is not a native speaker. Lots of times interviewers have some pretty bizarre construction to their questions that even people who speak English as a first language struggle to follow.

I detest those types of hyper specific leading questions where the person asking them is basically telling the other person what to say/cornering that person instead of looking for honest answers. I think Kimi handled it respectfully and well

Kimi simply didn't understand the question because of how complex the reporter worded it. It wasn't a silly question tbh, that was a good way to switch "technical" questions onto more "live" ones.
Kimi was just a classic aloof personality... I love it!

Well, here's how I feel about it, both Kimi and Mika may seem like rude people for being so short with the interviews, but they didn't really seem to care much about the fame, I don't think. Reporters always try to get those.. 'Oh I feel incredible for winning that race, I feel like I'm the king of the world and everyone needs to bow to me.'

LOL , how does he discuss anything with engineering ???? I remember Senna going " well at the top of the seconds turn there's a slight bump and then a bigger one (now ALL drivers are listening to this track map) and Senna spends 40 minutes explaining 1/4 of a mile of the track for everyone I can imagine Kimi "Oh shut up let me drive, screw you all"

There is a engineer from my country that told me he was hard to work at the beginning as he didn't talk much about technical aspects of the car but he was so goddam talented behind it he would make it up lol

The reporter basically asked if he is as motivated to win a second title as he was motivated to win his first.
That's not a stupid question. Many athletes become lazy or lose work ethic after they have achieved a title they wanted.
