Before I read the comments, the incessant 'Um's, & 'ers' were driving me mad. I'm sorry, but a random 1 minute sector yielded 23 'um's' & 4'er's'. This poor delivery really detracts from the narrative, making the presentation boring. Forced to turn, er, um, the er, um, um, talk, er, um, um, off. Umm.
