BTW, not all bodies can handle a high carb vegan diet. Genetics play a larger part than diet, and some people also can't afford or manage that life style, and regardless, it's a choice at the end of the day, and some people don't want to choose that.

My mom was a model and "known" for her "walk" and her "posture" (I actually IDOLIZE her but anyways) My mom legitimately spent a whole year teaching me how to walk and go up and down stair and how to stand and how to breath and the whole thing and it was the most ANNOYING thing EVER but I'm grateful for it now..
