Please do the video showing the step by step modification it would be helpful. Will you do the modification where the hip pockets are moved to the chest and the chest pockets are moved to the arms? This was a good video.
I taught myself to sew a couple years ago, learned to sew curtains & cushion covers for my campervan. Just today, I finished converting a 70 year old Singer to run on 12 volts. This could be valuable in off-grid situations, and it works great. Using a car battery with solar charging, I can sew & mend anywhere now!!!!
You are correct. Basic skills are key, however rare these days. I used to know how to sew, but it's been so long ago, I've forgotten. Invaluable in an SHTF situation. We need to re-learn all the old time skills. Sewing, canning, soap making, remedies and so on.
Power machines are great, bonus if you also have a manual machine and the extra parts for them. It pays to save ill fitting or worn out camo.outdoor wear to use as patch material and a button source.
Very nice video, I'm in the process of doing a raid mod by hand and it's definitely a process, I'm also working on modding a chicom but that's gonna be a lot of work
I would rather hand stitch mine, a sewing machine is useful but sleeves are a pain to sew in those unless you attach the pocket first, then make the sleeve.
The best time to learn sewing is when you have no other choice. I love hand sewing . But after I'm finished sewing I hate it .. That M65 is already perfect as is brother . .
ummm...i'm pretty sure this is me??? apparently the Filter I used in CAPCUT was the "BOTOX" filter 🤣😂🤣
Yes please do a step by step! I currently make pouches but been meaning to get into clothing mods, this would be dope for flannels too!
Step by step please. Good content.👍👍
That's cool mod Mr D, thanks for sharing and a step by step would be good please
A step by step video would be sweet

Definitely need to polish up on this.
Just discovered your channel...step by step would be much appreciated!!
I learnt how to sow by hand as a young boy ... one of the best things I ever learnt 👍🇬🇧..Sam .
Pretty awesome I’d say! I keep a small Canadian Forces surplus sewing kit in my ruck. Fixed a canteen belt loop and a zipper….and I can’t sew lol
Nice. I would love to see a tutorial with this. I have a singer heavy duty sewing machine still have yet to use it. Nice vid😎💯👍
Step-by-step video, please. 👍
