I was on peace marches in the 60s, always very active in trade unions but now at age 77 I am branded a far right racist. I'm a British citizen who has been homeless for over 5 years. The local council know my position + my mental health, yet there have never offered any help. I have built my own business and built a caretakers room in which to live without any help. I make on average £1000 a month which rent is £780 per month. I completely understand why people are unhappy as I do not forget that there are U.K citizens worse off than me and I live on £220 per month.

I completely understand why people are unhappy as I do not forget that there are U.K citizens worse off than me and I live on £220 per month.
