Hello, for the membership presale confirmation, does anyone know how to fix the “account information does not match with our records” message? I am sure both are matching but the system sends an error.

I have a question~ if I wanted to get 1 ticket for 2 different days (1 ticket for each day) but they go on sale on at the same time. Do I open 2 tabs with one account? Is it possible to sign in to same account on different tabs/devices? Hopefully this makes sense.

SVT will be having a concert this March 2024 and I realized that my account name on Interpark is different from my Carat Membership/Weverse Name since my Interpark name was incomplete when I made it. May I know if I can still pre-verify through Interpark if this is the case? Thank you!

So I won a ticket and they told me to create an acc to interpark the problem is I won’t be able to attend an I had my cousin use it on my behalf. On the check out page there is the purchaser name.
What name will be reflected on the ticket? Is mine or the one that was putted on the purchaser info? Pls badly need ur help
hi! i think the name you input will be reflected on the ticket but all the info should be the same because they will check if the name on the ticket and the membership name is the same :)

Hi I signed up to Global Interpark with the same email as my membership but I only put my first and last name. Are the emails all supposed to match? Should I make a new Interpark account with a new email and my full passport name?
hi! i think it’s safer to make a new one with the same name with the passport
@@arthoon7989 thank you so much for answering. Ok I was thinking to do this too. I took an extra step to make a new email that has my full passport name in it as well. So they will question my mismatched email less.
