Turbo at center but plays an extra man in attack like a fullback, unlike the traditional centres. He was nearly everywhere in attack, which was great to watch. Thumbs up for the hatrick.
I am sure there was 4 or 5 turbos on the field , popping up everywhere.
Yep Brad told him to roam around and he popped up at the right times.He reads the game so well.

NSW back 5 were insane but don't sleep on Tariq Sims! He threw a beautiful pass and was a beast in defence, easily his best game in years.

Deadset. Even aside from the assist and all the workrate, Queensland tried Melbourne's classic "Smith outside to Cronk to pass back inside to a late-running Slater" play at one point and Sims read it perfectly, monstering the receiver. He came here to PLAY

To'o did some awesome carry of the ball and was hard to stop..better than some forwards in my opinion...and some late knock to the head after try..not sure if could be avoided, luckily no issues for him...what a debut!
To’o got more carry meters through the middle of the park than the entire QLD forward pack. QLD were running into brick walls the entire night for zero meters for most of the night... the QLD’ers could of least tried to fall forward for a gain of 1/2 a meter.

It is so awesome to see the islanders, indigenous, and white boys smash the maroons. Unity is strength.
I’m not a panthers supporter or Samoan but Luai and To’o are two of my favourite players, so it was good to be able to watch them playing for my team. I like To’o because he just seems like such a genuinely nice person. Luai is only now starting to get the credit he deserves, even last year when Penrith were so dominant people would overlook Luai’s involvement because of Cleary, but in my opinion Luai adds more creativity to the Panther’s attack than Cleary.

He had confident playing last nite ,cause he had his buddy luai as his pairing half compared to last years state of origin where he paired up with cody walker and luke ....i really enjoyed the game,all the way from FIJI....!!!!UP THE BLUES!!!

Payne Haas is the best prop in the game by far - the minutes he plays with intensity is unreal. Welch has the offloads, but Haas is the real deal

What was the atmosphere like there in PNG Farrell, crazy no doubt...
My friend, our people are the most craziest when it comes to State of Origin, people fight if they are on a losing side, flat screens in homes are destroyed etc..

He did very well. Was sound in defence all game and forced an error. And his attack was absolutely crazy

@@richardrea2735 I can agree with wighton being left out but I think Martin is too much of a utility in the middle and chrichton is really a specialist centre so wouldn’t make sense him taking an interchange spot when turbo and latrell are doing just fine.

Geez that was an absolute hiding. Well done Freddy and the boys that was a sensational performance. QLD were dreadful but the Blues didn’t let them play. That was like the great NSW teams of old, some of the skills were absolutely sublime. I thought we could win well if we put our best game on the park but I didn’t expect that!. The desperation that was maybe missing last year was back tonight. I want to celebrate but I can’t yet because the job isn’t done. I want 3-0 this year, not 2-1. Don’t give the Maroons anything.
The first job is to make sure it doesn't end up 1-2.

Reece Walsh is unreal...what an exceptional talent. The pressure of being picked over Ponga at his age and stage in his career would be immense and he has just absolutely dominated this series.
