15 luck + 5 from legendary perk card, +10 from Vulcan power armor to get to 30 luck without unyeilding effect, +3 from herd mentality and fortune teller to get to 33-35 luck, making every 2nd shot with plasma caster a CRIT with right build, with full hp.
To be honest I havent really gave AA a fair trial. Ive had some others say that they are about equal and other still say one is better than the other. I might try and reroll a GP with AA on the PTS and give it a go. If so Ill update you.

@@ozman911-gaming lots of ammo was used there I just stayed and guarded the drill using the 50 cal which seems to be the most effective against them if you can get Fracture legendary 4th star
The weapon shown is the new flamer, the weapon I shoot at the end is a Gatling Plasma. The perk loadout name was pulled over from what I run on the live.
Dissipating deals with rads, I'm not too concerned with that in a PA. Funky Duds is to deal with Poison damage, of which there is good amount of in the RAIDs currently.
@@ozman911-gamingthis power armor is very bad tho it won’t beat t65 or union ever fusion cores lasting 25% longer is useless and ap regen is good but not game changing so idk what ur enjoying about it i mean it looks cool but that’s it
@@cristianc.6860 ya I did it’s not a game Changing amount tho , a full set of union with all over eaters compared to Vulcan with over eaters is still better cuz carry weight and poison resist , the bonuses the Vulcan has is still almost useless and not noticeable it looks cool and it’s tanky like t65 but I hope u know there basically the same on damage resistance once again Vulcan is useless
@@lilfrank6741 oh ok. I use union because of these benefits. The vulcan might be more useful for a vats heavy build (which I use). I like it is tanky as the t-65.

What’s your view on using 2 shot on the gp and pc over aa sitting on a decent plasma caster and am not sure if I should switch it to aa or keep 2 shot

What do the gimbal bracers do?
Are you asking about the calibrated shocks? If so they add +50 carry weight each.

I personally will be using the Vulcan over the T-65 because of the AP regen set bonus.

Did they change power armor durability? I’m not sure from who I heard it but can you confirm it?
Not that I know of. The RAIDs do break your armor a lot. I think that may be where some of the comments are coming from.
Gaudian wasn't too difficult but the second part with the drill man the Mole Miners just kept coming

I dont think it has been released yet, but I will check the calendar to see and update here if it is.
