Love the idea of a industry update instagram! You are right- we don’t have the time with all the information out there. Sometimes my head spins with information overload and it stifles my motivation and direction.

Thanks, Caitlin. Loved this one too. Especially you wrapping the soap and the studio update. The freezer paper is a great 💡 👍How many new.scents do you make for holiday season? My core line is 25 and I do 4 new scents for the different seasons and for Valentines day,.Mother's day, etc.😊
Oh my gosh 25!! That's incredible! I have 6 scents in my core line and I do about 4-5 seasonal ones.

Im still looking into box packaging for my products, it’s a little overwhelming sometimes to find the right place and good pricing, etc.

@@caitlinblue you won't believe this when I tell you but I bought a Kraft roll dispenser same one you got for $6 from a local online auction warehouse where they bring in big box store returns from Amazon target etc,got a lab scale for $23 retails for 70,got 3 heat safe glass beakers for 11 retail $22, got one stainless steel table for 22 retail $129,another stainless steel table for little over 30 retails $160, a Vevor stainless steel commerciall size paper cutter for $16 reatil 132, double burner portable stove $7 retail $22, lotion bottle filler like what you have $20 retails for $156 I think ring lights all under 20 retails 90+ spent $400 retail total is $2100+

So, yes IG industry tips would be awesome. I work fulltime, so not much time and researching a lot of information makes my brain numb. With tips I could just research that particular category.😉

I do everything through shopify! You can set up different sales channels for each area of sales to pull analysis afterwords so I love it all in one place!

I recently found out that there’s biodegradable shrink wrap. Have you ever tried those?
yes i have, I haven't used it because I am phasing out bath bombs which is mostly what I would use it for. But I think it's great!

Do you use bar codes on your products. I can't remember if you mentioned that or not.
I don't use barcodes but I am going to start next year as I'm wholesaling to some larger retailers soon!
