Cool,just wanted to add a bit about 2,1
Since 2,1 comes out at 10f,I found pretty effective is doing a d+4 into 2,1.
d+4 is 0 on hit which means if your opponent anything slower than 10f after it lands,theyll get hit.You can loop it,and even trick your opponent into ducking by finish the 2,1,3+4 because of it since the latter part of that string can be delayed.Yeah its jab punishable if blocked but Lei has to take risk its the nature of the character.
Something like d+4,2,1..d+4,2,1, d+4,2,1,3+4
the 2,1 can also be dick jabbed but d+4 to d+3+4 will take care of that.
This character takes wei tulong to learn.

really got vids for every char nice! lei is a character that's pretty fun and probably has 1 of the biggest move lists in the game and lot of transitions aren't even mentioned. The potential for strings is pretty endless with variety of attacks etc at your disposal, not gonna lie would've liked to see some monkey style or mantis...hey still pretty strong with styles has to work with even if panther kinda bleh lmao.
Thankful for these short guides, my friends have played fighting games for as long as can remember and the last time I did must have been easily 15+ years, SC, DOA and such but nothing overly memorable. UK based but if anyone else fancies having some matches or practices, hit me up
