yes, the system is an automated monorail. it can also be operated manually, that is why there is a full operators cab on both ends.

The system is 5 km long and links the airport to the train station, where you can find also a high speed line. There's also an intermediate station at a University campus.

Looks a bit like a roller-coaster 😂😂. They have a similar system in Pisa but the one in Pisa is driverless.
