HEART of LOVE (Opening/Awakening the Heart Chakra)

- We all get hurt, and sometimes it is a hard hurt, and we all know that feeling. But at other times, most of the time actually, it is the smaller daily wounds to our Hearts, by life, news, sharp remarks by those in our lives, etc. that are the ones, the pains, that really build up over time in our Heart and close it off to feeling, close it off to the giving and/or receiving of love.
This affects us mentally of course, but it also affects us physically, dragging us down over time, draining us of our good feelings, playing havoc to the health and well being of our mind, body and soul. You know this already my friend. We all know it, but we don’t always have the time in our lives to focus on healing our cuts. And there are so many, coming every day from every direction in this chaotic space in which we find ourselves living. Most people are in the same space too, and in many cases that is what causes them to unknowingly cut you to the quick, simply because of their own pain. And you can, and should, have compassion for them, but still, you are the one that walks away with the scars. And as time goes by, it is harder and harder for love to penetrate through those scars. The portal to love in you, your Heart, hardens and loses its vibrant loving nature, and sadly its light dulls over time.
But, as with all things in the natural order, this can be healed. And this music and the frequencies layered within it, can open your Heart once again, awakening it as it heals the wounds that life has inflicted on you. Let this relax you, and caress your Heart with beautiful soundwaves, washing over your Heart, cleansing it of the debris that has been lain upon it.
Bringing the Heart Chakra into balance begins the healing of a broken or damaged Heart.

Tutti noi siamo feriti, e a volte è un dolore duro, e tutti conosciamo quella sensazione. Ma altre volte, il più delle volte in realtà, sono le piccole ferite quotidiane ai nostri Cuori, dalla vita, dalle notizie, dai commenti taglienti di coloro che sono nella nostra vita, ecc. che sono quelli, i dolori, che si accumulano davvero nel tempo nel nostro Cuore e lo chiudono al sentimento, lo chiudono al dare e/o ricevere amore.
Questo ci colpisce mentalmente, ovviamente, ma ci colpisce anche fisicamente, trascinandoci giù nel tempo, prosciugandoci dei nostri buoni sentimenti, creando scompiglio nella salute e nel benessere della nostra mente, corpo e anima. Lo sai già amico mio. Lo sappiamo tutti, ma non sempre abbiamo il tempo nelle nostre vite per concentrarci sulla guarigione dei nostri tagli. E ce ne sono così tanti, che arrivano ogni giorno da ogni direzione in questo spazio caotico in cui ci troviamo a vivere. Anche la maggior parte delle persone si trova nello stesso spazio, e in molti casi è questo che le porta a tagliarti nel vivo senza saperlo, semplicemente a causa del loro dolore. E puoi, e dovresti, avere compassione per loro, ma sei comunque tu quello che se ne va con le cicatrici. E con il passare del tempo, è sempre più difficile per l'amore penetrare attraverso quelle cicatrici. Il portale per amare in te, il tuo Cuore, si indurisce e perde la sua natura vibrante e amorevole, e purtroppo la sua luce si offusca nel tempo.
Ma, come per tutte le cose nell'ordine naturale, questo può essere guarito. E questa musica e le frequenze stratificate al suo interno, possono aprire di nuovo il tuo Cuore, risvegliandolo mentre guarisce le ferite che la vita ti ha inflitto. Lascia che questo ti rilassi e accarezzi il tuo Cuore con bellissime onde sonore, che lo lavano, purificandolo dai detriti che vi sono stati adagiati sopra.
Riportare in equilibrio il Chakra del Cuore inizia la guarigione di un Cuore spezzato o danneggiato.
