What I think it is is that the reincarnator was so afraid of death that he got that skill and also learned to create puppets to pretend to be him. So yeah, he still has like 99 million lives but he still fakes who he is so his REAL lives aren't in danger.

Does look cool though.
The premise reminded me of a wrongfully yet understandable, cancelled manga called The Killer of the Reincarnated: Cheat Slayer. The difference however is the MC is a reincarnated serial killer and not a resident of the other world, and instead of a Witch, it's a Goddess, giving the MC the job to kill other reincarnators who aren't parodies or have similar likeness to OP isekai MCs from other works.
They're definitely parodies, JUST not isekai, which is probably why this evaded the copyright frenzy. Only Sato seems based on other isekai mains. Like the gangster is an obvious amalgamation of fighting game characters, and Sil seems similar to Milim's design

When you set up the villains as a sort of unbreachable force then killing them is absurdly simple, it comes across as trying to hype up the MC by hyping up the villains. Another manga I read where the MC is the literal most powerful being in the world supported by several others on his power level, it requires much more story and effort to crush the villains who are explicitly no real challenge to him.
I can understand your sentiment. I also feel that the first two heroes should have gone down a bit harder, and how rando Yakuza dude just so happens to be in the same city as MC AND decides to randomly target MC's waifu out of EVERYONE in city said as a plot-induced contrivance. But personally, I bet that the later "heroes" might live up to expectations. Hopefully.

there was a manga that had 9 or 10 of beloved mcs from diferent isekai stories(subaru from re zero, kirito from sao,ainz from overlord etc) and had them in the same world,i said the names of those mcs cause there were the same exact chracers but with diferent names(cause of copyright law),in that story all of them had become evil ppl at some point and they graped n killed a oung lady and her man,we were following that man as he tried to find ways to bypass the broken powers of eachone of those op mcs.the story had so much potential but the fanboiz went nutts and the mangaka was forced to stop after 2-3 chapters and apologize.
