    I've had to make a poly windscreen for my S14 drift car, about 8 years ago. I should've spent the money for a better material because it was flimsy and scratched all to hell. That stuff you used looks awesome! Great job!

    interesting about the polycarbonate sheet i need a new screen for the honda prelude 5th gen and there is only one left on the country, i cant find 6.1mm though but had a thought i could get the 4mm and a 2mm or 3mm and stick them together with the thinner cheaper sheet on the outside so if it did get scratch or pitting or chipped i could just renew the cheaper sheet, what you think reckon that would work, would only cost 100 quid for both, how much was that one you got.

      I think if you used 2 sheets it might not be safe.
      I just went with what was regulated as legal in the UK and a bit beyond that. If you have watched until the end, you can see it is very solid.

      @@philoffhistree yes. I think the sheet was an offcut sheet but still 1500x1300 I think it was.
