The song has a lot of hidden meanings that will be heard for non Thais to understand but in short, there's a saying in Thai gen Z slang where basically your friend is so madly in love with their so even though they're not the best fit/bad for them and you lecture them and tell them to break up or stay away from them and they agree but in the end, they just go back to them. So when that happens, we say we're like dogs barking and our words just go into one ear and out the other kinda thing. Badly explained because even I don't really know the full meanings but maybe someone else will explain.
