Max,I have recently started shooting more in a cadence to push my speed. I've been having pretty good hits approx.93% A's. You mention shooting only what you can see and not worrying about the timing which does make good sense. How do you push yourself to go fast. Before I started using cadence to push my speed and force myself to drive the gun because the shot was coming whether I was on target or not my transition times were really slow. How do I force myself to drive the gun but still get As?

It's very odd that while showing how to position You are filming only the head of a shooter. Camera man did not do his job properly.
