6 shot is a all around load most people hunting squirrels and rabbits are using 7/8 oz of shot 7 1/2 shot or 8 1 oz of shot is considered a heavy load I like to adjust my shot size to my choke of the gun I'm using and how far I plan on shooting thanks for the video

Your method of adjusting shot to choke is completely the opposite of my method of adjusting choke to shot. This is what makes the shooting sports so great we want to get to the same place, but we can take different paths to get there. Your welcome, stay safe and God Bless.

20 gauge needs 6 shot to get the pellet count up !!!

You are correct #6 shot would have about 55 more pellets than #5 shot in an ounce of shot.
