If one reads/studies the Holy Bible entirely, they will see how God speaks to them through the Scriptures, and those who are humble and truthful in heart - these are the ones who develop a loving relationship with God, and don't miss their Salvation and Eternal Life.
People who cherry-pick Scriptures they particularly like, and reject other Scriptures - these are the ones who are not Saved, because to reject certain Scriptures is to call God a Liar, and these people have no loving relationship with God, and continue their lives in Unrepentant sin.

First-time watching. Enjoyed the conversation and it opened my eyes to how to do it with non-Christians in a manner that's respectful and dignified.
I've not read the Quran and as you described the prophet's experience, I related to my past demonic attacks. The former was filled with fright, depression, anxiety, insomnia (to avoid attacks), and lots of fear.
When I reflect on my present encounters with God and the Holy Spirit, the experiences are polar opposites. With God, it's ALWAYS so so peaceful. I've never left the secret place (Psalm 91:1) feeling scared and depressed. I'm always excited, feeling super loved and adored, enlightened, strengthened and encouraged to face whatever lies ahead. And, God still speaks to us in visions, dreams, etc. Angelic visitations still happen. When we compare our experiences with those in the Bible, we find consistency and assurance of their authenticity/God's presence in and with us.
Overall, life in the New Covenant is SWEEEEEET. The best decision I ever made in my life.

In Islam, culture is so deeply intertwined that separating the two could lead to identity issues, as they are integral to each other.
Leaving the religion made me realize this deeply. Now, I genuinely feel capable of loving everyone, irrespective of my past beliefs. I now understand the depth of God's love for us and how He desires us to show the same love to one another.
