Danchou explained well in this sense, regardless of what happened, and the company doesn't seem to pressure the members to simply forget those who left, and instead they're given the time to take their time to decide when & how to let it go..
I got the impression that Hololive has a more lenient rules for the members in general, they can basically do anything as content creators, as long as it doesn't break the NDA contracts & common norms (not being 'too weird' in the eyes of global community), i'd say it's a wise decission as a company & content provider tbh, cmiiw

It's a very small thing (and I assume this was intentional) but I loved how you blended Danchou's BGM into your ending scene instead of the usual ending BGM. Just makes the clip feel a whole lot more professional

That's how you addressed when one of your genmate got terminated, to keep moving on and to always remember the fond memories they always had. None of them jumped and throw Rushia under the bus, that's how professional they are.

Reading the Mafu x Rushia case those days I lost a bunch of things, why suddenly people are willing to believe in Mafu and even more why people talk like they're part of their lives or are slightly important to them, judging so much something they don't even know the truth?
I know internet is worst than a Kindergarten, but it's this easy to blame someone? Just say a bunch of things the people supposedly did, without any proofs, and it's done, everyone is against her/him.
I don't know the real facts too, no one knows. I like some Mafu songs and used to watch Rushia pretty much too, so I don't exactly care to this "Choose your side or you're done" subject, but why people are one-sided blaming Rushia like the "utterly bad Villain" of the story when the other person can just use the most old technique of human story called "lie"?

I still admire Rushia but Noel's decision was not a mistake. Noel shouldn't feel bad. There is no mistake in making a decision because it is the way it is. but I'm happy because ahe still loves her because whatever happens Rushia played a big role for Hololive when she was still at Hololive.

If it's Mikeneko we're talking about the girl who was being sent a barrage of death threats and doxxing attacks by people on the internet who think that them saying whatever they want about a person has no consequences. Said girl then got taken advantage of by someone she thought was a friend and confided in that person after being pressured into it while still vulnerable, only for said scummy person to monetize it and publicize it for clicks.
Of course for some reason people seem to gloss over that part. I guess it's because if you acknowledge that it might make Mikeneko seem like a real human being and not just a name you can keep taking pot shots at until she inevitably harms herself -- at which point of course, you lot will go "well, it wasn't ME that made her do it," even though you're obviously contributing to it.

I went to ones of danchou streams and when I see only 4 plushies I went rlly sad for that day... man, i was "So... I lied to myself thinking this is more than work for them" But now I am rlly happy that noel talk about it even if this was "unnecesary" for her stream and career

The person who was Rushia/ is Mikeneko needs to find a way to get right mentally. If accomplishing that includes a bit of help from her old friend by not showing her old design and moving on, all the better. I always thought that person was an excellent streamer regardless of model or persona, no hate all love. I'm pretty sure she was allowed to have it in the bg if she felt like it, but yes there's likely outside pressure to move on as well for other reasons.
@@toms7219 If people wouldnt have badly harassed her for over 2 years then she would have been a lot better of, I watched her community reddit from the beginning to the end to say, she is one of the strongest women I ever saw but its also understandable that she has a lot of trauma and scars and you can never heal THAT significant amount of damage inflicted on her that happened on her termination, all she needs is peace and good friends. Rushias relationsship with Coco proved that things with her can work out and that she can be a caring sweetheart.
I just think if Cover would have worded their termination better (like Phase Connect for example) then the backlash and cruel wouldnt have been that big against her that pushed her to a lot of harm.
It’s kind of weird though when someone leaves they make a big show of “their name isn’t taboo we won’t forget them” and without fail after a period of time they are very cagey about mentioning them.
Like coco (not even fired, left on good terms) became “that dragon” or “a certain dragon”.

Don't start making up unsubstantiated rumors. Towa literally name-dropped Coco when she had dinner with her, Noel, Flare, Akiroze and Choco about two or three months ago. Even Pekora doesn't shy away from saying Coco or Ru-chan on-stream. Noel might have her reasons for not directly saying names of members who have already left, but saying that there's an actual policy is some dramatuber schizo rrats right there.
bro the reason why they say Kaichou(Coco) name like that is literally just because they just like it, it makes Coco feel like a powerful, mysterious person or something like roleplaying. It is also good for new viewers since it makes them curious about who is the "Dragon" animal in Hololive is instead of who Coco is.
There is definitely no rule. It's talent's choice in professionalism to choose how they respond. It sucks because they are tiptoeing around us, not cover. Fake fans look for any reason to attack these girls.
Simply put, it's the talent's choice to not mentioning them by name, i've seen/heard some of them are actually mentioning Coco, Rushia, even Aloe on stream, so i'm assuming it's not a taboo to even talked about them as long as it's not too specific, simply as reminder of their existence, cmiiw
