Hiya control freak , all really great videos . Very informative . I have a trafic semi auto . Im losing fluid from the large rear resevoir , is that the concentric slave cylinder leaking than ? How much to get my robot reconditioned? Also would it have to be re programmed after fitting a reconditioned robot ? Thank you
Is there a gasket or seal between the box and the robot? And if a previous repair has lost the spacer for the 10mm bolt, can i get a rough size on the spacer required so i can pack with washers. (Spacer is ex france 8 weeks)
Thanks for all the videos, been a great help. Can I check the pressure sensor on my laptop? I keep getting a gearbox light come on after a shift for about 5 seconds, no all the time but often. Especially in lower gears and also into neutral if I sit in 1. Last time I plugged it in I had a low servo pressure fault. Thanks I’m advance.
Check hydraulic pressure. Should be between 40-50 bar in live data. Put ignition on and foot on brake run it up gears. Watch pressure if drops under 40 bar or does not pump up quick enough then you have pressure fault linked to switch or pump.
Fantastic to find anyone that seems to know these boxes. Bought a trafic with 270000kms some days ago. Box seems to run fine but can't find a thing about these. As far as I understand it's a no no to touch the fluids? The front cap what is that fluid for? The rear reservoir what is that for? Just want to understand these boxes a bit more. Is it possible to change the gearbox oil at least?

Also I want to service the gearbox, how many litres of speedmatic should it take? It's £63 a litre on ebay!!! Thanks v much.
