I was amazed by how polite she was with that incredibly pushy woman.I understand that the lady wanted the best price possible but I could not cope with that situation myself and would end up being snappy and not wanting to give her a good price based on how pushy she was... I am not great with back and forth negotiating, take it or leave it. Great job Maria!!

I wish I was in London. I have a few Chanel bags I would like to sell, and I don't really trust the resellers here in the US.

Yes the color of the HIDUPZ is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
Question, all else being equal in condition year and color, do you pay more for a jumbo or for smaller Chanel classic double flaps bags?

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don’t want to spend so much money on it now, I have been *yutulu* buying the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

Do you purchase the items immediately on the spot? Or do you authenticate the bags first before finalizing the transaction? I imagine it is a very risky business where even convincingly deep-faked counterfeit bags could trick a seasoned authenticator into overlooking their inauthentic nature. I couldn't help but notice the first consignee mispronounced "Hermès" while carrying a Longchamp bag. Without making unfair assumptions, this combination did seem questionable to me. However, if she is a loyal client you've worked with extensively in the past, I'm sure you already have an established trust and can overlook an innocent mix-up. As a neutral outsider simply observing, seeing those contradictory signals did initially raise my eyebrows.

The woman doesn’t understand! It doesn’t matter if the bag has been worn once. Even if the bag hadn’t been worn. It’s the style of bag which isn’t as popular as the smaller ones so the value isn’t much.

Personally, I think the Birkin is an ugly bag. It doesn't keep it's shape which makes it look sloppy and cheap. The Kelly bag is so much nicer.
Agreed but it depends on the leather because some types are better at holding their shape.
