I love how you show your work live! Very clear and on point! Thank you!
Thank you so much for your encouraging comment:)
learning how to do lash extensions and i'm watching this video. i'm so attentive right now lol! thank you so much for all the details and tips
I have started doing lashes and have done three girls... when I tell you I felt to cry today the lashglue was getting on tweezers my fans were not it... but your video is sooooooo helpful woow.
I just got my first set of extensions, I can’t wait for mine to get full like hers.
Once you’ve had extensions you’re hooked lol
To be full in a healthy way is covering every natural lash with an extension, takes patience from both you and the lash artist even if she’s fast (unless you have easy lashes:)
Enjoy looking great ♥️
the camera quality is A1!!!😍
YouKnow SincerelyyTabii lol thanks
I seriously felt a little embarrassed for that
I’m working with a couple friends to make a better quality one as we speak:)
I just started my own channel can you give some tips on recording??
PYT Lashes *Luxury Lash Extensions* honestly it’s more difficult than I ever imagined
I’m just glad I got this first video out there, now TH-cam is telling me that it got flagged and isn’t eligible for monetization
Before you put your hard work as effort I suggest you look into their guidelines;)
Lashing M wow no way!!! That sucks I’ll keep that in mind. Thank you
Lashing M Did they say why it wasn’t eligible?
Those who never made it as a doctor... There's something useful you all can do with your steady hands
Beautiful work 😍 your taping looks perfect, the way it lays all the lashes flat!
PortiaMarie Williams gotta make sure they’re down;) avoids any troubles along the session
I love how natural you are your not acting like you know it all because we all make mistakes 😂😭✅
Found this video in my liked videos and wish i could like it again because its so good!
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to post a sweet comment
I’m so happy I was able to give some women an idea on how to go about doing eyelash extensions
You made my day for sure;)
I love how you recorded everything.....and the things you was saying lolol that’s how I be feeling when I’m doing eyelashes 😂😂
PLEASE PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS!! This was so helpful. We need you in the lash community
Getting eyelash extensions tomorrow, I can’t wait 😊
I just gotta say that client is so pretty! I love her eyes
Thank you!! That’s my sister ♥️
Girl you make it look so easy! So when you pick up the fans, the bottoms don't need to be pinched together before dipping into the glue? I just took a lash class, and we basically were shown the ends have to be together before gluing. 🤷♀️💕
Am I the only one that kinda got asmr tingles off this?? 😂
Just me? Ok I’m going to bed 🥴 🛏
That's the whole reason I watched it 😛
This makes me want to get my license even more 😂
“Move your nose like you always do” 😂
I caught that too 😂😂🤣🤣
Shout out to the camera person, great job! Thank you for your video love you your dedication!
Thank you!!! You definitely need that to make these videos
Anyone that can sit through a lash session is very patient lol
You are so real and funny 😅 I love it!
Hi what lashes are you using please? Brand? Awesome video. Thanks for sharing 😊
This definitely wasn't start to finish because it was a touch up
Beauty on a BUDGET doesn’t make a difference it’s still the same procedure. This can actually help people understand that working on other lash artist work is simply picking it right up like if it were a new set. That is of course if it’s not a job with adhesive overkill
Lashing M she literally said start to finish why say that if it’s not start from finish
Theereal. Dede Start to finish as in, the start of her work until the finished product. It’s just a case of misinterpreting what was intended.
@@lashloftoc7008 At least find someone doesn't have her lashes on, what a tricky title
@@kiakaha110 she skipped all the prep work too. great video bad title. =)
This video so relaxing i almost knocked out watching this lol i wish she could do my lashes 😍
I’m so happy I was able to transmit a relaxing feeling for you
I really get in the zone when I’m lashing, it’s very therapeutic for me
I’m very energetic so I was definitely fascinated how I was able to transition into doing this type of work:)
Thanks for your sweet comment
Great video. Thank you for sharing your process. I was inspired by your video to start my own lash training youtube channel, so I want to personally thank you!😊
So happy I did that for you
Best of luck!!
Super clean work, gorgeous fans!!
Elan Hall you’re so sweet! These fans are definitely the best for long retention, only thing clients care about;)
Great work, great video, thank you for leaving out the effin music!!!
My lash tech must be so mad at me when I get my fills, there no way I go in with that much hair on my lashes. Lol
can you do a video on a volume/hybrid full set and explain what lengths you use? these look great
Hi dear.we are professional lash extensions factory.please contact me.my what’s app:+8618053841107
Eve Qin where in China are you. I’m in China at the moment
I have seen a lots of videos for eyelashes extensions but I found this one the best so much detail and I even gat a class for 100 $ that doesn’t useful thank you soo much for your help. 🥰🥰🥰
Best lash girl in southern CA. Love Andy
I am sooo ready for more videos!!! 🍿🍿🍿
Are you sure? Lol
@@lashloftoc7008 yaaas!! 😉
I agree with her. I need more videos pls!!
This inspires me sooo much because a lot of lash techs in surrounding towns where I live have no idea what they are doing so people are getting lash loss and coming in with gobs of adhesive and lashes clumped together! So upsetting. This was the best video I have seen thus far (I watch tons) so thank u for the close up! Can u please tell me what lengths and widths u used throughout from inner corners out? (How did u map it?) and how long did it take u to be able to make the fans so even and spread so widely? I’m not getting mine to fan as much as urs. Is it just practice or tips?? Ty ty I just subscribed!
You’re so sweeeeet! I learned with 3 different lengths and until I got it down I used more then it’s just magic lol
Lots of practice, patience and always challenge yourself
Ask people for pictures also then you get an idea of what curl and length change they want and where
Finally the number one question you must ask is “how much longer than your natural lash would you like????”
That right there saves you trouble
Keep at it and it will come natural to you
I want to know what tweezers and lash brand you’re using 😩❤️🥰
DUMONT Swiss brand
Thank you. I’m appreciated for your precious time making this video and answered all of the questions from random people, do you offer teaching private eyelash extension since I live not so far from Mission Viejo.
Omg you’re right next to me!!!!
Of course I’ll teach you
Isolation on fleek
Omg you sound just like Selena Gomez
Wow you just made my day!! Makes up for all the negative comments lol;)
Jesus Christ omg I was thinking the same 😂
whoa you seeeeriously sound exactly like her, even the way you pronounce your words....love the video btw
Jesus Christ ...oh my...YEAHA
i can hear it now 😂
1. Grab from the base and twist off the outgrown lashes.... Doesn't it hurt the real lashes by tearing without using remover? 2. My teacher told me don't glue baby hair cause they need to mature in health? 3. Those lashes looks like auto fan lash, are they?
Thankyou for answering I'm a lash student and I'm researching on TH-cam:)
thank you so much for teaching me how to do them better 🥰
I got volume lashing done the other day. Why does it feel clumpy and irritated? I am so tempted to start plucking them out. Thanks
Omg don’t pluck! Get them removed professionally
They probably used too much adhesive and to close to your skin
@@lashloftoc7008 thank you so much for your reply. They are all gone now. I may have hand pluck them haha. Sorry. Appreciate your insight!
Wow what camera is this is more clear the. Your newer videos . Is this a cell phone camera ?
Your voice is so satisfying
I’m so flattered! Thank you
Good work keeping it real ♥️ what lashes do you use and what glue if you don’t mind me asking
I love your work very clean and spot on. 😁
Thank you Andrea, I love your name;)
Thanks for sharing this video, can you please show us the mapping for this one? I wanna try it on. And what lashes did you just use? Have you tried LLBA? I use their products i want to try this volume lashes.
Thanks for the ideas
I will work on a mapping video
LLBA has been a lash company with so many improvements to their eyelash extensions
It’s easy on the hands making it easier to fan for lash technicians:)
That brand is definitely the easiest to Dan in my opinion
Easy on the joints with their new packaging
QUESTION: I have kinda long natural lashes but they are not curled. If I get lashes will my natural lashes will sticks out???
Actually the extension usually pulls the natural up
Incase you still notice them on the bottom
Simply buy those eyelash hot curlers ($20 on eBay or amazon)
Then do upward strokes on your natural lash and that will fix that problem
I suggest not to do lash perm because that causes a dent on your lash making it difficult to place extensions parallel to natural lash
Again first try the extensions to see if the problem is fixed
Majority of the time it will no longer be noticeable
Are you supposed to put lashes on those baby lashes? My instructor said not to because it’s in the beginning stage and couldn’t support such a heavy lash. I’m still learning so please give me your opinion!
Sometimes there’s gaps and your clients don’t appreciate gaps, they don’t pay you for that so if there’s a tiny hair growing in between I go for it
I obviously let them know of the situation and fix what I can as best as I can like maybe bring in my lighter weight lashes (.03s) and place 1,2, or 3 extensions on this tiny lash because anything makes a difference
You’ll be able to tell what is too much weight on a lash and no longer becomes a healthy call
Try to briefly play with a lash (with tweezer) when you apply anything, sometimes you find out that a lash looks strong and thick but when you move it around it’s really 2 lashes growing extremely close
Or also you move it and realize it’s ready to shed because it moves back and fourth, that prevents you from wasting your lash extensions on hair ready to fall
What I’m saying is see how firm your lash is them make a good call
Be prepared with good options on your tile or by your station, you’ll do just fine
You’ll get clients with small lashes all across their set, don’t turn people away for that
Those challenges will make you a better lash artist
What type of tape do you use ? And gel pads? What brand is it
I love how honest and imperfect your video is. Thank you for your honesty & posting a "real" video. I have just been certified, i was the oldest in the class & going back too school after 10years was so difficult but I did it & passed, however I don't feel confident at all... I was wondering if you had any advice or tips for a beginner please? especially on what too do if you drop a lash accidentally whilst applying causing other lashes to stick together or clump? How do you repair/tidy up/fix up clumped lashes? ( thank you so much for your help & don't change the way you post your videos.. I've lost all confidence in myself but after watching this im gonna keep trying) thank you so much 💐🤗
Hey girl you and me both! I just got certified the beginning of January, now I’m starting to feel more confident and actually excited doing lashes, I was feeling very discouraged because I see so many other lash artist doing these amazing sets but mine are just meh, but I’m starting to get better. I hope you’ve got more confidence. Do you have any tips and tricks you’ve found on the way since starting?
What are your thoughts on applying crystallised handmade volume fans (to save time) vs handmade volume fans made and applied on the spot? Would this affect retention?
Today was the third time getting my one by one lashes done and OMG I can't stop blinking my eye, I am so scared to be pocked with the tweezers!!
My stylist had a hard time putting them on bcuz I kept on squeezing my eyes too much😨😵
How do u make those fans like that off the strip. Man that’s great. I use the sticky dot
Use Dumont tweezers, they changed my life lol
And thank you
omggg these are beautiful!!!!! what lash brand do you use??
Thank you so much!!! Bella lash is definitely a brand that gives you great quality in many areas
Although if you want dramatic and still classy, Lashbox LA is the brand they have recently remade the strip into foil so it’s improved 100% for lashing without any issues
Lashing M Thank you so much!!!
Hey, the video is so helpful. I am a newbie as lashing and looking for a good pair of fanning tweezers. what kind are these? can you attach a link please
Great work! What kind of glue is that? That makes ALL the difference...
Flow lash, and yes all the difference
My clients only concerned is retention;)
What brand of lashes did you use
What lash brand are you using here? Lash mapping #s? I just got my lash extension certificate on the 25th, just here looking for pointers & admiring your beautiful work
Omg you’re so sweet! Also congrats on the certification
You truly are on your way to success just keep applying yourself to be better & better
Treat each client like they can get you 10 clients
I swear that’s a video I need to make
“Flow lash” it’s the name of adhesive
the best retention I’ve seen
I have bad allergies and my eyes water alot and become itchy. How would these hold up?
once the extensions are placed, you can’t wet them for 24hrs
If you decide to try it then make sure the tape is placed properly and doesn’t cause any discomfort nor irritation
Also make sure your eyes are warmed up to the bright light, sometimes that causes eyes to water
Also try to not to talk throughout the session, that way eyes stay completely shut and fumes stay out
That set is 🔥!’
What glue do you use? Because I can see like white glue or something on my eye lashes..
Which brand of lashes are you using? 🙏
Great work! I just have to ask though, I have heard never, never apply to the baby hairs bc the weight of the extension will damage the lash that's in it's beginning stages of growth. You are saying to challenge yourself by putting fans on those baby lashes or are you talking about junior lashes? Am I missing something?
Erica Griffin I was trained to never do the same. Your going to damage you clients lashes and the growth of the new lash hair. Be honest to your clients.
Erica Griffin My lash lady does not put extensions on my baby lashes/new growth. She says the same-too weak & can cause breakage.
Thank you for the compliment
I have to say after reading all these comments on baby hairs and stunting the growth I’ll explain on my behalf that after 5 years of doing lashes, I’ve had clients that have nothing but small length natural lashes(baby/tiny hair springs)
You’re obviously not gonna turn away a client given those circumstances
They’ve now came out with .03 diameter lashes that can be sustained with no issues at all by these small lashes
Junior lashes, baby lashes, adult stage lashes will always be different lengths to every individual person
It will be your call to identify when you pass it on or not
You've Selena Gomez's voice
Great video, so helpful !
I see you stick some extensions very very close to the skin , if not directly on skin. Is that okay to do ? I know it looks better that way but don’t u risk a clogged pore/infection ?
Hey there
Yes it’s not done properly if it touches the skin, you have to leave a tiny space
With lots of practice, placement gets easier
I’ve also seen where the client gets a reaction and swelling occurs and if the extensions are close to skin, it can really irritate the skin
So yes it’s important not to get too close
especially if the adhesive is one you don’t trust
Number one reason you should apply extensions as close as possible is because natural lashes grow out:)
Are these easy fan or just standard volume lashes ?
Your work is beautiful and your fan work is goals!! 😍
Standard
The magic is in the tweezers and a strong grip;)
You are a true master at this...🥇👏👏👏👏❤
What lash brand do you use for volume lashes ?
so u basically stick them onto a single separate natural lash?
this is so interesting to watch, I would go get my eyelashes done but I don’t need to because they’re already thick and long lol
Those are actually the best looking sets
If you ever decide to, make sure you go to a lash tech that knows what there doing;)
After removing the lashes do you have any problems with having little to no eye lashes after a removal?
That’s only if the extensions that were removed were seriously causing damage to the natural ones
Like too much weight or placed on multiple natural lashes causing them to be ripped out forcefully
what was the drying time on this glue? seems like u topk about 2-3 sec placing is that the drying time of the glue?
is slower setting glue better retention or does it not matter?
I like that the video is in real time because the other videos make me feel like imma finish lashing as fast as them lol
Yes my videos are on real time except the one that was fast forwarded
It’s hard to get a good angle and close up
Lashing M aw well it felt like real time hahaha💕
Loved this video more please! 🙌🏻
G moreno Thank you so much:) will do
What are these tweezers they are good
Dumont tweezers:)
Nice and clean
What did you put your glue on? Tape?
Good morning. I typically use waterproof tape but currently use the gel patch paper backing. It's waterproof on the glossy side and works great. Just be careful where you place it
This was beautiful!
I have lashes and I love them, but I dont want them anymore because they are way too expensive to maintain. Is it OK to just let them grow out or do you recommend I get them "removed"? And what is the risk of each method? Is there any risk to natural lashes, like will they fall out? The extensions are still in place after almost a month but are slowly shedding.
If it was me in your situation I would let them grow out and just clip the extension if it gets to long lol
Sorry to hear that you can’t keep them:(
There’s different removers in the market, it’s definitely painful when product gets in the eye with some of them
I personally don’t like to do those services of removing lashes because I’ve experienced the pain myself
Anyway there’s no risk to your lashes, I’d be more worried about the eyeball lol
There’s other oil products you can use to loosen the extensions yourself
If you end up getting them removed then make sure you go to the right person and ask them how their removers work, like how long will it sit on the lashes and will they have to use tweezers
Just remember to close your eyes tight
Can you share which lashes you use for volume & glue that you use
Ok I think I understand the different lengths and how you put them places, but do you just buy different lengths and pls s them where you want?
Yes you buy different lengths
On your tile place your lengths in order from smallest to greatest
You’ll notice that you will use more of the 12,13,&14s (most commonly requested)
Lashing M Thanks!
So it’s supposed to be 3-5 lashes to one natural lash?
And 5-10 for mega volume??
Sounds about right, also depends on the thickness of the extensions
There’s really no right or wrong because it’s your art work
As a guide those are good numbers you put on the comments:)
Where are these tweezers from? 😍😍
Could you please recommend a good glue. The one I'm using I find is not making the lash extensions lash long as it claims to
Flow lash adhesive is my number one pick
They also guarantee their product 100% so rest assured;)
Thank you so much for the info
Is there a reason why you don't use remover gel to take the old lashes off vs peeling them?
What is the best lash glue to use for individual lashes if you don’t mind me asking ??
If your clients are like mine that want retention and safer ingredients I would suggest flow lash:)
You put eyelashes with skin or hair ?
Ima newbie here but I love how detailed you are 💙💙💙
Thank you!!!
I remember I saw on FB a lady had her lashes done and later on she had bugs in her eyes?! How is that possible?? Is it because her house is dirty or the lashes are dirty when she had it on her eyes?
Lol
Um yes there is in fact a healthy amount of mites that a person has in there lashes, unfortunately it can become unhealthy if the person wearing extensions doesn’t clean them every so often
Also as a lash artist we must run a saturated micro swab with cleaner or primer between lashes along the base line, especially if we see build up:)
I need those Isolation tweezers. I missed so many baby lashes in my last set and I wasnt happy about it. Usually I have tricks , but these babies were all in one spot. I couldnt get any of them. :(
This is Jacquelyn I totally get it! Especially because people are shedding so it’s really difficult but it’s possible
Once you order them please beware that their super sharp so don’t put pressure on your client because they hurt by the touch
Maybe file it down a bit
I believe mine are the 5/45 but you can get the 5/90 as well
Also make sure you read the alloy page so you get the type of tweezer you can sterilize
Which alloy is better? Inox 08 or dumoxel?
Barbara Correa I like both although Dumoxel is there best seller I believe
How long does the cluster lashes last? And are they dangerous and damaging for your lashes?
These aren’t cluster lashes, but cluster lashes do damage your natural lashes a lot.
Cluster or fans are the same as individual extensions, they grow out with your natural lashes if applied properly
Make sure you go to a lash artist that doesn’t overweigh product and you’ll be ok
what brand is the volume tray if you do not mind me asking
Do you use the same thickness over the whole eye ??
I have problem with sizes, so can you and girls in comms tell me which sizes you using for this method?❤️
What is the best lash adhesive? I’m currently using Kristiina Alexandria lashes, adhesive, primer and remover.
I Love your work!❤️ Can u make a video on prepping and priming?
Thank you;)
Definitely beginner friendly thank you! 🙏🏽 😘
How long does it normally take you to do a volume full set?
Hey girl
Sorry for the delayed response
Normally I set 2 hrs 15 min for a full set
I have clients where 2 hrs allows me to cover the entire lash line but others that need more time due to their excessive amount of lash hair
For those the extra 15 min will do;)
Don’t get me wrong, when I first started I’d spend hours!
Practice makes perfect although there’s definitely no shortcuts in lashing with precision and applying extensions one by one
It’s always good to take your time, get your technique down then work on speed
Hope that helps
Hey girl,, love the vid!! Question; Do u pick up more than one lash? Cause it looks like it... Or are you lashing one at a time?
Thank you! I actually pick up as many extensions as I think would be appropriate for the natural lash, so depending on the integrity I can do a mega fan or a tiny 2 or 3D fan;)
You definitely have to make the best call to avoid drooping
So if you’re doing volume lashes, you use fans all around ??
Yes I make the fans according to to the integrity of each lash
Also depending on the style the client wants:)
Can I wear mascara over eyelash extensions?
Bianca mcgill it’s not recommended
If my clients can’t get in for a fill for whatever reason I don’t discourage it at all
Just make sure it’s oil free
Also be aware that mascara closes up the fans and can ruin the art work of volume
Could you clarify and show us how you fan on the tile plz
Yes- new video on that coming soon :)
Besides looking amazing and gorgeous; what are other benefits from lash extensions?
They can actually help your lash grow when applied correctly! Because you have the extensions you’re taking more care of them and being aware, helping the NL grow healthier 😊
Kayla Doherty Since I stopped using eyelash curled and mascara over a year ago, I have more & more new growth and thicker lashes.
