The bream you are keeping are really nice fish and those you are putting back are nothing to sneeze at and would definitely make a nice fish fry. Try the Z-Man Shad FryZ in Electric Chicken color. They won't pull the tails off. One pack should last you a very long time. I caught a 2.5 lb crappie on this color on a road runner head earlier this year 👍
I'm from Louisiana. Never heard of a red breast. Also not sure about the other bream you're catchin. Don't like like blue gills or red ears either one...
