I’ve purchased one 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. My older model was a hurom from 2013, I never had any problems with it, except the annoyance cleaning the strainer. H400 it’s freaking awesome, it has way less pulp waste, and the pulp comes drier than my previous juicer. My only complaint is the size of the juicing cup. I wish it was wider, like the older models.
@@paulpeter2869from the 100s of videos I’ve seen it seems the h400 gives more pulp and the nama j2 takes longer to clean. It’s either one or the other. 😅 did you end up getting one? Finally took the plunge and bought this.. Just tried using it today - pomegranate + broccoli. Pretty amazing. Most importantly, clean up is really simple
Mine just arrived. Love it. Really easy to clean, not loud, no standing next to it whilst waiting for every celery stalk to be pulled through, as experienced with my friends slow juicer. Highly recommend it. It's expensive but a great investment. Because if it's easy I will make more juices. If it's hard I can't be bothered and end up not using it.
I wanted to see this model in person and the only place I've researched in London where you can buy it in store is from Harrods! That alone has convinced me this must be the best machine out there!
I'm currently returning a nama Jr...I loved it for 5 minutes and then it continued to clog. My favorite thing to juice is pineapple and it was a nightmare. So...I'm on the hunt!
Hi, thank you for this review. I am interested in the Hurom 400, but saw that Kuvings has released their Kuvings Auto10. Is there anyway you could do a review that compares both of them?
I really want and need to get back into juicing after a 2 year hiatus. I'm torn between the Kuvings Auto10 and the Hurom H400. There's Memorial holiday sale for 20% with Hurom. Can anyone with experience with both recommend one over the other and why?
The Hurom H4OO is apparently a juice extractor where everything is in its place, on the other hand I find that its rotation speed of 90 rpm is much too fast and necessarily degrades the nutrients of fruits and vegetables. For this reason, I will keep my HUROM HT IBE14 which is a daily pleasure with its 43 rpm !
Thanks for your review. *I'm hesitant between this model and the Hurom H300, especially since it is currently on promo.* How would you compare the two?
@@DEVASRSthe j2 is garbage. I'm returning it now....pineapples, celery, grapes, almost everything hot wrapped around the auger and clogged. It was a nightmare for 4 juicing sessions.
Just thinking about replacing my juicer so very excited to receive this review in my inbox and even more excited to hear it can cope with celery - I do juice a lot of celery and don't really want to go for a horizontal juicer. Does it definitely work well for regular celery juicing?
I’ve had the H200 for about a year now and used to juice ONLY celery. It worked beautifully. If the 200 will do that I’m sure this model will be as good or better 😊.
Hi magdzioczek, Glad we could help! Unfortunately, we don't offer specific discounts for blue light card holders. However, we do offer a range of free gifts with the Hurom H400 worth £50, we also do have regular sales so keep an eye out for those. To be notified about any future sales you are more than welcome to sign up to our newsletter which you can do on our website.
Hi EsEf125, It depends really. If you are juicing regularly, around 2 plus times a day, and what you are juicing consists of leafy green and fibrous ingredients then the H400 would be the best option. If you are only juicing once or sometimes twice a day then the Hurom H310 would also be a good option. The hurom H310 is designed to be more of a travel juicer so it is small and compact yet offers a range of features such as an easy clean, multi-screw mechanism as well as a self-feeding hopper. Since it is smaller, the motor is also smaller which is why it cannot be used as often as the Hurom H400 but if you are not juicing often then you won't even notice. Hope this helps.
Is this juicer better than the Nama J2 ? I'm in Canada and Hurom said they will have the H400 available soon...J2 imported is close to 1000$ in canada...crazy
I don't have any experience with the HZ but I bought the H400 this past December since I live in South Korea. My wife and I like that we don't have to see the pulp coming out of the side; just operationally the H400 is more elegant. Seeing what the HZ looks like, I'd still get the H400, no doubt about it.
@@juicersuk Thank you so much for reply. I would like to know does manufacturer recomends using soft fruits only or I can sometimes use walnuts and almonds?
Blogs say it was available for sale somewhere on Naver, some said it was available starting 2 days ago, some say it's available starting today (November 30). The white, gray, and black versions are apparently available as of today. Two-tone versions in pink, blue, beige, and white are reportedly available starting December 5th at Hurom's online shop.
Hi MrUnevik, there will be less pulp in your juice from the Hurom H400 however if you really wanted as little pulp as possible it might be worth double straining, this is when you use a strainer/sieve and pour the juice through the strainer. Hope this helps.
Hey MrUnevik, the Hurom H400 is probably one of the best vertical juicers for leafy greens on the market however, if you are planning on just juicing leafy greens it might be worth looking into a horizontal juicer since the H400, while it can juice leafy greens a lot better than most if not all other vertical juicers, it is more designed for harder fruits and vegetables like apples, pears, berries, beetroot, and things like that. If you are intending to mix in harder ingredients with the leafy greens, for example green apples with kale, putting in the harder ingredients (apples, carrots, etc) after the leafy greens to help push the leafy greens through would then help the Hurom H400 and will be able to handle them a lot better.
Hi everyone, l need help from you everyone here. I just bought Hurom H400 juicer couple days ago and was so excited to try it but the juicer is kind of bad. It keeps stuck and can’t pulp half of the apple or half of the pineapple like all the review l watched even l already tried to chop all the fruits smaller. Its even worst when l tried to pulp carrot. The juice comes out with fruit carcasses and a lot of bubbles. Can anyone here have an answer for it or have any ways that l can fix it? Please? Thank you so much and you all have a wonderful day.
@@juicersuk could you do a direct comparison of the H320 and the H400? For example juicing the same amount of celery or leafy greens and comparing the yield. I'm not sure about which one to buy. That would be really helpfull, thanks!
I’m really disappointed with my Hurom h400. The carrots keep jamming and when I freeze my smoothie into ice cubes and put them through to make an icecream as per the videos it jams also (even when I leave them out for 15 mins) When i juice oranges it’s like a smoothie. Even the greens just wrap around the machine and not getting juiced. Why is this happening. It’s the opposite of what is advertised here. It was so costly and I’m so disappointed😢
Hi clubroses, the Hurom H400 is probably one of if not the best vertical juicer on the market, it is able to handle celery and other leafy greens a lot better than other vertical models however a horizontal model would still be able to outperform the H400 in term of juice yields from celery, kale, ginger etc. If you intend to juice leafy greens and fibrous ingredients with the Hurom H400, it's best to mix in harder ingredients like apples, carrots, beetroot etc to help push the leafy greens through the mechanism.

Hi! How do you make sorbets with this? I can't find the info anywhere. Thank you!
The J2 is 50 rpm...but the Horum makers make the J2...why the faster speed?
I find it hard to know if the 310 will be enough for juice-fasting or if I should double the price and buy this beast instead.
We recommend the H310 for almost single glass juice whereas the H300/H400 for much larger volumes
I hope you make the next version out of glass and not plastic, even if this plastic does not contain BPA
