I know i’m late to this one. But anyway, Tooka was a 15 year old who was affiliated with the GDs (Von, Durk etc opps) and i’m 90% sure he was killed in retaliation for the killing of someone else and not because he’d done anything himself. His block is now sometimes called Tookaville in his memory
