►The Raven Method
Welcome to this guided reality shifting meditation, where we will use the Raven method in order to shift from your current reality, into your desired reality.
First I will guide you through a relaxation meditation, followed by a visual experience of your desired reality, and then into the Raven Method.
The raven method requires lying down on the ground in a starfish position and counting from 0 to 100 while desiring the reality you want to shift into. We'll also use affirmations between each number while we count to 100.
►We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. Make sure you will not be disturbed while listening to this, so you can be fully immersed in this adventure.
The background music is tuned to the 528Hz frequency and infused with 8Hz theta brainwaves.
We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 8Hz theta binaural beats.

Tried two times but unfortunately slept before the counting stops. But I was awake upto 65 last night so an improvement. Will try again.
But weirdly I woke up when the counting is done and I felt like I am in a distance from my room like I can hear my mom's voice but it's slightly far away ..
I was 30 minutes in and the audio completely stopped and I freaked out cause I thought I was in my DR turns out it was just my dad calling my phone to say that dinner is ready :((

You might want to look into quantum jumping instead of reality shifting. It’s different and I think it’ll line up with what you’re trying to accomplish more.

@@SPLARKK I used to think the same thing. Look up “The secrets of reality shifting” by TH-camr Brian Scott. His entire channel is about quantum leaping, but he recently discovered how young people are getting into shifting and made this video comparing the two. I hope this helps 😊

NOOOOOO. This reality already exists. You do not need to script(create) anything. We script when we choose to be more specific about our background, life, relationships, etc. We don't need to. You can shift anywhere without a script.
