Baroda or Vadodara city of Gujarat is the third-largest city after Ahmedabad and Surat. The history of Baroda city is been traced to almost 2000 years. Also, the rich history of Baroda city found during the Mogul Empire around 1720. It is also known as the Cultural Capital of Gujarat.

@@stephaniejose5565 investing requires higher knowledge. I invest across the top markets but not by myself tho. i follow the guidelines of Alexandra Diana Jose. you might have heard of her.. I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. . .

Proud to be a Barodian. But, because I love my city very much and this has been my home since I was born on this planet, I must add that last 10-15 years of this city has seen too much unwanted urbanisation. This city's name itself is based on banyan trees, because this city had maximum number of banyan trees everywhere 20-30 years and before that. I still remember in my childhood, the weather and climate and the overall environment was so pleasant all the year round. Summers were not too hot, and from 4 or 5 pm as the evening approached one could experience cool, pleasant breeze of air almost everywhere in Vadodara. But now all that is completely missing, it's lost! All the deforestation, unplanned constructions everywhere, because of which, maximum number of banyan trees and the greenery that surrounded around vadodara has been destroyed! Trees and forests have a very, very big impact(much more than we can imagine) on the surroundings of an area or city. One thing must be done to preserve the integrity of Vadodara, and that is to save all of the forests and trees surrounding our vadodara. That's really very important.
I almost cried reading your comment. VMSS destroyed our city completely!
The bureaucrats are responsible for this. We urgently need MAJOR bureaucratic reforms to solve this issue. Vadodara is a very lovely city, but the way it's mismanaged is a crime.
@@nisargshah2902 What to do.... I am actually shocked when I see how the green cover, the banyan trees of our city which has always been it's strength, it's very identity, are literally cut down and removed every where. You go to any area of vadodara now and just compare it with how green it used to be just 10-15 years back, not very long and you will be indeed stunned about what happened to this city just like that, so soon! I am a practical guy and I know that population of cities will definitely increase with time. But, trees are the very lungs of our environment! If these ppl cut them down like this, what will be left then? No thought has been given to the planning and infrastructure. No real thought for traffic management..... In fact Gandhinagar and Anand seem to be much more greener and organised still, and maintain their integrity. Whatever the reason may be.
@@yugmathakkar4023 I think only people, the residents of Vadodara can stop all this undesired development. Otherwise nobody is concerned and I think in next 4-5 years only, things will change for worse even more rapidly. Vadodara will completely lose it's identity.....
