You can do immediately as it starts drying very fast..

Your designs are superb! However, when I did the same on a plastic bottle, the paints after drying up today cracked up. Any idea why it happened!

what does the baby powder do in your paint mix? Can you wash this when youre done painting it?

It make surface acceptable for acrylics..

Before giving the second coat of the mixture do we have to let it dry or just apply the coat of fevicol etc

To give it a surface which is acceptable for acrylics.. and yes wait to dry before 2nd coat
