yes man, I've started to use Catia since 2 months ago when I've started the second university semester, and it's really one of the hardest because of it's "hidden logic" of the commands
but if you read how to use the commands, the rest is relative simple, and the program is quite powerful, but too "heavy" to be handled
Hi, do you know how they make these this mechanical designs into an actual metal object? Take the example of a car (like Ferrari), I imagine something like hydroforming is done. But on what frame do they mould the metal frame of the car into such a complex (and symmetric) structure?
We need that toy.give it avay we have skils to use it

How can an individual who doesnt work for a company that uses Catia get access to Natural sketch? will Natural sketch ever be a part of a cheaper program or be a standalone software? ive been waiting all my life for something like this but without working for a major company it will probably still be years before i get my hands on this amazing technology.

I wish,if V6 is available for student license.The 3D natural sketching system is a revolution and I think,its isn't there in student's V5 edition.This is an excellent achievement in Commercially viable 3D sketching system.

Give me this, Solid works, some capital equipment, infastructure, personnel and materials... what could not be made? brilliant world we live in. gotta love technology. When will computers be interpreting and drawing your thoughts/images? that would be a miracle.
No, really, this is what I've been looking for all these years, it's the perfect combination between design and 3d surfacing. After that you only need basic software skills to create the product!
