- On a clear summer day, a Greyhound bus leaving Salt Lake City heads into a canyon in the Wasatch Range as it climbs along Interstate 80, east toward the plateau state of Wyoming.
The rather irritable driver from Boise to Salt Lake City who considers himself a "never-lost" driver ends up getting lost while looking for the road back to the Greyhound terminal to pick up his forgotten log book is now history; he has been replaced by a compassionate bilingual driver with the stature of Vincente Fox who takes the pain to deliver crucial information in Spanish as well to Spanish-speaking-only passengers.
Beautiful place!
Boy the Greyhound Coach is kicking...listen to those piston's working!!
hey how long u going to travel on the bus? i love the videos!!! they are cool u get the buses in there and the scenery great!!
New technology has developed an engine that is more quieter than the old diesel engines of the pass. The loud whinning sound has gone, now you hear a muffled sound that is easy on the ears. My compliments to MCI who developed this new quieter engine for Greyhound passengers.
@ Chesterbarnes1 Detroit diesel series 60 with Allison transmission. Used in every motorcoach now. MCIs are cool to drive but I'm hooked upon Van Hool coaches. More legroom in the driver and passenger area.
Awesome y'all good Qvideo
beings i have traveled greyhound quite a bit, starting from portland ,oregon going to canada border on east coast i venture to say this was probably a 2 and a half to 3 day bus ride
Listen to that Disels Engine. Sound so different from the Disels engines Greyhounds used in the 50's, 60's and 70's and 80's. I think the motors are better and much quieter. Don't have that whistles sound anymore.
The Greyhound Bus must be a older model because the engine sounds as if their is a problem. The engine should be quieter....Greyhound Inc in the U. S., don't take care of their buses like Canada Greyhound does. Its a shame!
did the gray hound have ac
It broke down once between Chicago and Omaha during a 100-degree (F) heat wave, but 99% of the time the AC works just fine.
