I went to see these young ladies in April 2008 at Coventry Cathedral. I bought the tickets for my mum for Christmas. Sadly she passed away in the February. I had this version of Songbird played at her funeral. I went to see them with my husband, and we had the meet and greet, which I had bought for my mum. When I told them what had happened they sang a little bit of the song for me, especially for mum, and it was acapella. It was stunning. They are lovely young ladies, and I will never forget what they did.

I would play this song to my beautiful nan when she became scared and confused on her morphine when she was dying and this version seemed to give her peace and help her relax. it now reminds me.so much of her xx
this has become my favorite song, and the first time i played it at home , my elderly cat got up and started pacing up and down , looking into my eyes constantly, and then rolled on her back, still watching me intently. as i bent down to stroke her, she leaned forward and covered my face and eyelids with lots of little nose-kisses and purred louder than i,ve heard her in a long time. she,s 15 yrs or more, and i got her 5 yrs ago, from a rescue sanctuary. it seems that she loves u too!

This was my nans fav song and she died in April 3rd 2020 during covid we got a call from stafford hospital to say she had died and the nurses with her when she passed she saw the light and went to it she said a few times that Jesus was coming for her and I told her that he wasn't taking her yet and then covid struck and then she died at 1am Saturday 3rd April 2020 none of our family got to say good bye and my nan kept asking for my mum and stafford hospital wouldn't even call my mum and then she died and it took a toll on all of our family especially me and my cousins I haven't seen my cousin taz (Terhjan) who is a male since her funreal but this was her funreal song that played when her coffin got brought in and I didn't wanna believe that Jesus had taken her away from us I miss her and Wednesday 3rd April is her anniversary of her death 😇😭😭😭😢😢😢💔💔💔💔💔👼 she is now reunited with my granddad Colin who served in the horse artillery army when my mum was young so now she is reunited with her husband,a loving devoting father with 2 kids my mum and my uncle Colin they are still alive and my nana who is reunited with our dad who had 4 loving kids me,toni,karl,stevie,brother to my uncle Pete,len who is another uncle to me and my siblings who died at the age of 18 who was fighting on the front line in the army and i think he had a sister or two,a loving granddad to my 10 year old neice,nephew,uncle,great uncle,he is reunited with my 3 pets loki a greyhound,ash a black labrador,Bella and bilbo sister and brother 2 cats,my sisters dog benny and he is also a Foster dad to my foster brother Jacob who is 21👼👼👼👼👼👼💔💔💔💔😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭 who ever has lost a loved one i know how much it hurts trust me when my dad died i was diagnosed with PTSD (post trauma stress disorder) im very sorry for your loss ive been told time heals itself your loved ones are walking next to you trust me even though their not here but their spirits are with you guiding you every step of the way look out for robins cuz it means a loved one has come back to see you and say im not in anymore pain that their at rest their peacefully sleeping please trust me on this ive had white feathers land on my shoulder,next to my foot and then i look up and see a robin on the fence sometimes it feels nice to feel their presence in a robin😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😢💔💔💔💔👼👼👼👼🕊🕊🕊

Listened to that album so much I wore out the vinyl way back in the mid seventies. Perhaps one of the best songs written and sung by that band. My best friend lost her fosterparents recently. They was nice, both of them. They were well known, and had many friends and were liked by most of the people around them. Last week, my best friend's fosterdad were found dead on wednesday.. On friday, her fostermom(his wife) was put in custody. On saturday, they found her dead in her cell. She commited suicide. They had many grown-up children together and they had raised many fosterkids. My best friend was one of them.. It's hard to believe..

i fell in love with an angle one time (still am in love i am 46 years old) who looked as beautiful and as peaceful as these here. but then instead of choosing me to fall in love with she chose a marine to fall in love with and thats when my being in love with an angle and being in heaven eventually turned into a living hell on earth because its like being in heaven and then thrown out of the garden of eaden for having commited no crime exept for not being beuatiful enough. sad story but true.
